Well executed breakfast! Always a pleasure to have breakfast here! Crispy bacon, hash browns cooked to perfection, and fluffy pancakes! Great atmosphere and staff that goes above and beyond! Well done!
Disappointed with food on this trip. Coffee weak and tasteless, eggs not done as asked, bland fries came with onions although we asked for without (reverse happened to neighbouring table). Wait staff very busy and did his best in the circumstances. Omelette was tasty with right balance of fillings. French toast good. Table wasn't really clean when we arrived. Perhaps demand greater than they could meet on this busy holiday.

Oh how I wish we were able to leave zero stars! This so disgusting and disappointing. Do you just rush out your take out orders and not care, because the customer is not face to face with you? Ordered eggs benedict and everything came in separate containers? My eggs (which were hard) was in water, with no seasoning at all. The hollandaise sauce you can tell is just power mixed with water, because there is no flavor at all! I normally go to your restaurant and sit down to eat, enjoying the food and atmosphere, but after seeing your lack of care for take out orders and customers, I will not be coming back. And this is not a one off, because it was a large order and other people who ordered threw out their food, as did I! VERY DISAPPOINTING, YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED!
They have a good menu, reasonable prices and the service is excellent. Their pot roast is one of my favourites. You can linger over your coffee without anyone making you feel like you have to hurry up and leave. The restrooms are kept clean.
the food I ordered was wonderful and came in a timely manner. if you get a chance come out and try the Lumberjack restaurant.

What a fantastic restaurant. Everything was so flavorful. They even had chocolate milkshakes! Do you know how difficult it is to get a genuine milkshake in this city? And no, sorry, BK and McD's milkshakes are not the real thing. What this restaurant served was the real thing. I also ordered a steak dinner, and the meat was just divine! I am definitely coming back.
A great well established family run restaurant. The decor is rustic and well maintained, the staff is friendly and welcoming and the food in our experience has always been good. We have been coming here for 20+ years and have almost always had a good experience. They can handle individual diners and huge groups. The days the wood fired oven is running make the dining room smell wonderful. The food is hearty and generous and always hot. I can say without reservation, they have the best coffee I've had in any restaurant in Windsor.
