This is the best sushi in Windsor, ON.I have ordered from this location for 7 years. The staff is always so pleasant and the food is amazing. So consistent and so tasty! Order out or dine in anytime, hands down the best sushi in my opinion. Thank you.

Absolutely love eating at California Sushi. The sushi is always fresh and delicious. It's high quality Japanese food, perfect for a quick lunch or a date night out. The owner is super friendly and remembers her customers. I've eaten here so many times and have always been happy with everything!
Ordered a bunch of food. Everything was delicious. Wasabi seemed a bit off. Never was a fan of miso soup, but this place has it done well. Will definitely be coming back.
I don't recommend this sushi place. we can easily find better sushi in Windsor. staff was rude and unhelpful as well
The California Sushi is my absolute favourite restaurant. I have had such amazing experiences always, and because of this I have become obsessed with sushi! Everything is so tasty, super fresh, and presented so beautifully, even when you are just ordering for pick up. Dining inside is cozy and romantic, and the music is way too cute! I could eat sushi from here every single day. There are so many different yummy food options, like their deep fried sushi, which I have to recommend everyone should try the Vegas Roll! Last of all, the staff is always so sweet and respectful, and you will be impressed by the chefs' talent.
So I'm a huge sushi fan. I love all sorts of rolls and combinations.The presentation of this place is beautiful, the rolls are well made and well put together.I decided to try this place on a whim, since my cheapo place just wasn't hitting the mark anymore. The first time was okay until about halfway through the roll. I managed to get plastic saran wrap in every single piece there after. Not copious amounts, but enough to really put off the texture when you chew. I chalked it up to just being unlucky.That is, until I had it a second time. Again, at face value the rolls look absolutely mouthwateringly flawless. Yet, again. I managed to get more saran wrap in my rolls, making me throw out half of them in disappointment. Since the rolls were bought months apart.I would not slander the establishment, and perhaps I just ran into an unlucky streak. I'm going to give it another run tonight, so wish me luck. If I run into another dud run, I think I'll just scratch this sushi place off as an option. I hope the rest of you run into some better luck!
