They were very polite on the phone, the order was ready very quickly. But in all honesty, I’ve never had a pad Thai dish that looks like this. The colour in my picture doesn’t compare. It’s like a salmon colour. And it tasted terrible. I ate it simply because I paid good money for it but I will not be buying from here again. The sauce seemed quite vinegary, and I had asked for medium spice. Whatever sauce they use, ruins this dish. The ingredients were decent at best, but good god, that sauce should never be served again.
Stopped by for lunch. The restaurant is clean, well lit and nicely decorated. I inquired regarding specialties and was told Pad Thai was one of them, which is what I ordered. Unfortunately, it was very disappointing. I asked for vegetarian option with tofu. What I received was rice noodles soaked in standard, store bought Chinese sweet and sour sauce. There was no vegetables mixed in, just some tofu squares with sprouts and few green onion pieces on top. This is as far from being worthy of a restaurant visit as I could imagine. Very disappointing.

Very disappointed. This place has been around for many years and the quality of their food has gone down dramatically over the years. Today we ordered the Pho soup, which used to be my favorite here. The meat was so chewy and tough, you couldn't swallow it, even though it was sliced thin. The other dish we ordered was General Tsao chicken, a classic of every Chinese restaurant. Well, there was barely any chicken inside the thick batter smothered in sauce. You are eating saucy fried bread, not chicken.Wouldn't recommend this place and won't return to it. There is plenty of other Asian restaurants in this city to choose from.
Extremely clean restaurant! Great food, lots of choices. Pickup and take out also available. Definitely a favorite for my family. Parking is also easy and plentiful.

We tried to go to this restaurant and was looking forward to it. Sadly when we arrived at 7:40 to eat in we were told they were losing at 8:00 even though this site says 9:00. I would not recommend this place due to there bad customer service.
The food is absolutely incredible, we often order take out from here. The General Tso chicken is one of my greatest weaknesses, it is perfectly crispy in a delicious savoury sauce. You can get most foods in either mild, medium, or hot spice levels, and medium is a bit spicy for even me, and I love spice. The portions are no joke either, you get plenty, and though it's a bit pricey, the amount you get and how good it is more than makes up for it.However, after having eaten in the restaurant for the first time recently, the service was so aggressively poor that despite there being maybe four other people in the building since we got there, it took nearly 45 extra minutes of just waiting between signing in and paying for our meals, not even including wait time after ordering. I'm not sure if the young woman on service and cash was just having a bad day so I'll give her the benefit of the doubt on that one, but I'll not be eating in restaurant here again.Absutely still ordering take out though.
