Always forget to give u sauce, even though they ask u if u want it ,then half your order is missing , they never get it right , unreal
Went thru drive thru, a young girl was at the window I was very friendly, even asked how she was doing and was not acknowledged AT ALL! Not even a hello OR smile.I kept saying thank you and again was not acknowledged at all. She then proceeded to yell at her coworkers who were very clearly goofing around and yelling in the kitchen. I even asked why I wasn’t being acknowledged (again didn’t even get a hello???) I’ve worked in customer service many years, a hello ID the bare minimum. After asking instead of being addressed she literally just shoved my bag of food in my hand and laughed.After a long day at work this was the worst experience EVER. The food was also not fresh, hardly any toppings on anything, cold, everything was just thrown in the bag so some of it had opened. I would literally NEVER return. I fine it strange too that there is such a large amount of poor reviews on google for this location and no one seems to be addressing them or the people leaving them. Do better! Seriously. This is a business.
Restaurant was clean. Friendly staff at the counter. Food was ok.
Ordered nachos Supreme. It was pitiful. Paid $ 4.56 for nachos with barely anything on them. Nothing like the picture shows on the menu board. Will never be back, spend that $4.56 wisely Taco bell.?
Ordered my food (a party pack and combo four) and was asked to pull around and wait. Twenty mins later I gave up and pulled back around to the drive through, and was told my food was Ready and I could pick it up at the window. Food was lukewarm and the order was incorrect. Frankly, I gave up and went home.
Ordered 46 dollars in food, got home to realize 2 tacos are missing and the other 2 are completely not what I ordered. Tried calling and no answer for over an hour. Will not be returning.
So far, the drive thru service has been very good.
Horrible experience at this location. Everything from my order was cold. The fries seemed like they were 4 hours old… completely dried out. Two of my items were missing from my order, and I was charged for them. Had to go back to get my missing items and never got an apology or offered anything for my troubles. So unimpressed.
$4.19 for 1 Meximelt which stayed mostly on the wrapping paper. I have never had a Meximelt so expensive and stuck to the paper.I can't pick it up from the paper at all, never mind bite into it. What a waste of money and mess!!!
Ordered the triple double big box and barely had any meat, hard taco collapsed in half and they forgot my sauce... oh and on top of all that they didn't have cinnamon twists so they charged me for the cinnamon delights which should've been included in the box for free. Super poor service.
