Should change ruling on taco survey should be allowed as many tacos as you like during a day doing surveys
Went to this location this afternoon to go thru the Drive Thru and when I drove up to the ordering spot I was told that they have NO SAUCES. What Mexican Restaurant doesn't have any Sauces? The Mild and Hot Sauces are a must to enjoy with Mexican food and for Taco Bell not to have any is just unbelievable. The girl taking the orders asked if I still wanted to order and I said no thanks. This is the second time it has happened when I went to a Taco Bell in Windsor and the other one was on Tecumseh Rd. E. and I wrote a review on that one to, they had no Mild Sauce only Flaming Hot Sauce which i did not want so once again I never ordered from them and now I;m wondering if I will go back again. What is going on with Taco Bell, are they trying to cut cost. For this reason I gave them 1 Star, obviously customer satisfaction isn't important to Taco Bell.
It's really sad to say but taco bell is nothing like when I was a kid. The soft tacos are two bites, three a best. Crunch wraps definitely got alot smaller and the fries supreme are so skimpy with toppings. Was really disappointed ?
I absolutely love Taco Bell, however this particular store is not a good one. Count on them to always have stale nachos, like 99.5% of the time. If you enjoy the stale taste of nachos then go here, otherwise avoid like the plague. Who is the management here anyway, not a good eat!
Normally we have no problems but we had the unfortunate experience of witnessing the shift manager absolutely lose it on one of the staff members due to a language barrier when all he was trying to do was help us and no one else would..it was such a turn off and none of the staff members seemed to look twice which tells me that it probably happens fairly often. Do better.
Don't walk-in and do take out because it takes too long... Drive-thru comes First.... Note to self drive-thru next time.
Worst customer service I’ve ever experIenced in my life. I ordered 3 soft taco supremes, and they accidentally made 3 hard ones. I didn’t think it was a big deal, so I asked if they could make me 3 soft ones, because that’s what I ordered. The girl looked at me super confused, then talked to some guy who then came up to the window and asked me what the problem was. I told him about my order, and that I was just waiting, and he gave me attitude about them already making my food. That’s great. No worries. I’m patient. Then he comes to the window again to ask why I’m looking through the window. I told him I was waiting for my food, and he doesn’t need to be so rude. Then he told me I was being rude, and gave me my food. They only gave me 2 regular soft tacos, but so much attitude over their own screw up. ?
This location has gone extremely down hill the last couple months. The last 4 times I have gone to this location I had triple check my order because the staff can't even get the simplest order right there is always something missing and when I have to comfront them about the missing item it adds another 10-20 minutes to my wait. I will not be returning to this location and will take the time to go the central location
Just want to give a shout out to the staff here. I know what it's like to train new people and things happen.You guys fixed my issue with no problems.Thanks again ❤
I gave this place 5 stars 3 years ago. Cracked soggy taco shells. Coldish meat. Fries dry and cold. This is after ordering 5 times and getting the same thing over and over. Manager Dheeraj talks down to you and no ones says anything. disappointing, this use to be my fav place to eat. Never again.
