The food was fine, but the drinks where awful. Any kinda soda was off and didn't taste right. So I just asked for water. It was warm and grey colour and had awful taste.
Overall a great experience. But have to mention that their cleaning company needs to step it up a bit especially in the bathrooms. Also the ribs needed a bit more sauce smothered on top and the chicken breast was a bit dry. But will definitely visit again. Love the concept.
Good food like always! I recommend the rib and chicken wing dinner! Very filling for bigger boys and girls! Always perfect cooked!

Was very lovely, server was great! Follow up, Three months later my husband and I returned and were dissatisfied the second time around. Staff were very loud. Our table was ignored. Young servers gossiping loudly about a new server hired and how slow she is. An older server was laughing about this. I so wish I took down there names. We were asked if we’d like desert after our meal and I told server there loud gossiping had given me a headache and I just wanted to pay and go home. Our whole experience was ruined. It was just so awful! So mean.
I went through the drive through and ordered a double leg dinner, large French fries and large dipping sauce. I truly believe that It was cooked in an Easy Bake Oven. The chicken was dry and inedible. To say it was terrible is an understatement because our outside cat wouldn't even eat it. The French fries were a solid lump of mush. The best part of the meal was the dipping sauce unfortunately it was not given to me even though I paid for it.Ps. And for the love of God Please Don't b respond and tell me to fill out a survey,actually do something productive and oversee your kitchen.What is filling out a survey going to accomplish when I had a horrific meal.
I wrote after order processed, in a pop up box that everything be included with my order, as this location has a track record of missing or wrong items. Why is there no comments section other than food allergies included within the order app? Again, per usual, missing 6 legs of chicken, 1 poutine, 1 bowl of soup - got the crackers, though. Whoop de doo! Buns were reheated, not fresh. What happened to the regular style dinner rolls you used to serve, much better than these dried up ciabatta rolls. Oh, the limp, lukewarm, tasteless burnt fires? What is up with that - last time I received all the burnt bits as well. Quality issue or you just don't care what you serve to paying customers. Try to support local businesses but there is absolutely no consistency at this location. Can people not READ at this location? The drive thru, Aug 23, 2021, chk # 5440, I have a credit - no chalet sauce (your signature sauce for chicken) was not in order, despite me asking is everything in the bag! Why don't you have a spot online where I can use my credit? I don't know what to say - I have never experienced such incompetent service anywhere else. I should receive more than a credit for what was missing - it should be a full Family Pack Meal, at least. I should not have to call you or open my bag and examine the order EVERY TIME! This is beyond ridiculous. I think an online review is in order.
Tonight we placed an order for $291.41 worth of chicken dinners for our Christmas dinner. We were told that the order would be here at 8:08 PM guaranteed.. By the time 8:15 rolled around and our order had still not arrived, I called the establishment just to ensure that they had the correct address. I was told that the driver had left the restaurant 20 minutes prior and was delivering directly to us as it was such a large order.. So, we waited another 10 minutes, and still no delivery. I again called the restaurant and asked if there was any issue. I was againtold, no. At 8:40 the driver arrived in the parking finally. I asked him to wait while I opened one of the boxes to check and see if it was still hot. I let him know that the food was barely warm and I asked him for the manager's name so that I could call. He gave me the name of Lena, and so I called. I explained the dilemma to her about the fact that the food had arrived and it it was cold. I asked her if she would have been content with the delivery of a $300 food order that was cold and she told me no. She also told me there was nothing she could do for us. She was short and not helpful at all. I would never recommend this location to anyone.. I am also lodging my complaint with Swiss Chalet head office.I have never given a negative review in all my years, and I am not happy that I felt compelled to do this.
Wow. What happened to Swiss Chalet? Admittedly, I haven’t been here for awhile but I went through the drive-thru and ordered a chicken sandwich- thinking I was going to get the rotisserie chicken sandwich. When I got home 15 minutes later, it was a fast food quality, disgusting, breaded pressed chicken sandwich that I just paid almost $16 for. Had I known this is what I’d end up with I would have just went to McDonalds. Gross.
I know things are difficult right now but this is the second time I've had a problem with my order in the past month. Waited 15 minutes at the window to get order and then when I get home I found out I was given rib sauce instead of chicken sauce and did not get the extra roll I paid for. Called store to see if they could deliver items and they did not. I most likely will stop getting takeout here.
