Food was ok. Coffee was weak. But I want to say that the employee we dealt with was very kind. We had our dog as we travelled back to the USA and we thought we could sit outside with our dog. The employee had to tell us we couldn’t because of health laws? But she went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and being the dog water. Service like that and kindness are worth great PR!

Found this place in the height of the pandemic. Have returned numerous times. Always the best service. There is a nice selection of food.This is my favourite place for a club Sandwich.Someone else I go with this is their favourite place for eggs Benedict.Pancakes are pretty good too.Staff is always friendly no matter how busy ?
This is to The turtle's rule, I was there that day that you & your disrespectful team showed up. You guys were like animals. Your kids were out of control. They were running around the restaurant. My husband went to the bathroom, and there were 4 boys in there tearing up the bathroom. Clogging the drains & toilets. putting soap all over the floors, walls mirrors. And the mouth on these kids were horrible. They sounded like 50 year old truckers. No respect at all. The parents should be ashamed of themselves letting their kids act like that. Then expect the world. Shouting orders. When there were like 5 other tables disrupting them. It was awful. I'm there every week & I have never seen nothing like it. All the employees are great there & are always accommodating, always happy & very sweet. I felt very bad for the waitress that day. It was very stressful and I wasn't even serving these guys. The waitresses handle it very well under the circumstances & situation these parents put them in. Wonder why the kids were acting like that, they dont know any better cause they have no good role models. The parents were screaming & swearing at the waitresses being very disrespectful. If any other franchise sees this post I wouldn't let them in, they will let their kids destroy your restaurant & not even care or control their kids. The TURTLES HAVE NO respect. Would you let your kids act like that at home. I could only imagine. The parents should be embarrassed how they acted at Sunset Grill. I wouldn't even let you guys in a trailer park that is how bad it was.
I've been here a couple of times and was very satisfied with all what they serve. My last visit was earlier this week and unfortunately, the level of food and service wasn't as usual. Dietary restrictions were not accommodated for my friend, although they previously were. I had the sunset pancakes and all were hard and burnt on the bottom. Our drinks had floating stuff inside. I really used to love this place; however my last experience is making me hesitant to come in again.
I have never been more happy with excellent service. My brother and I went for breakfast for the 1st time each and we were both super impressed, the food was awesome and the waitress was super friendly, it's not going to be our last time there! ?
This was our first time to Windsor Sunset Grill. I ordered the Eggs Sunset which is checked as a favourite. The eggs for the Benedict are fried (not traditionally poached) and overcooked with little to no runny yolk. I asked the waitress if they poach eggs and her reply was “sometimes in the morning when we are not busy”??? There were only 4 other customers in the restaurant??? The hollandaise sauce unfortunately had no favour too, it was very disappointing. I could not eat it and the waitress asked us if our breakfast was okay, I said it was not and she just said “sorry about that”, we paid $47.00 which is pretty pricey. We tried it and will not be back or recommend this to anyone!
Love this place, staff is incredibly friendly & always serve great quality food. Definitely my go-to breakfast restaurant, highly recommended ?

Dined in a couple weeks ago and was served hair in our food. Advised the waitress who brought it to the manager. The manager offered to pay for my coffee and to cover 20% of the cost of my order. After telling the waitress the offer presented is disgusting the manager refunded the meal.Ordered today off UberEats and there was another hair in the food.This business does not care about food quality/safety and their customers. You're better off just going to Cora's.
