Pleasantly surprised with the sandwich trays I have ordered. Fresh bread and containing plenty of meats, cheese and veggies. Good job, we will order again!
App order closes before 10 pm that is store closing time. Walked in to store to point the issue and Staff doesn’t want to honor offers in app. Terrible customer service. No wonder Subway Canada is just terrible.
The staff is very friendly. They remember the regular customers & build relationships. Extremely clean & easy parking.

How is this acceptable? Order off door dash and when we called to let them know, they knew exactly what we were talking about and still decided to have it deliver to us. Careless.
They pick and choose who they like, I never called in sick and I always worked. Sat down as much as everyone, used my phone probably less then most. Ate just as much or less then everyone. Absolute bullshit… don’t support them.
The owners were just rude and very cocky. Really unimpressed with the OWNERS customer service. On the other hand employees have been very nice there.
