I don't know if they deserve 0/10 maybe -100 will be better.No customer service, attitude, rude and cheap as hell.The dressing part is the worst , I felt like the guy making the sandwich was putting samples of vegetables in a piece of bread and when I ask him to put more vegetables (not meattttt) he looked at me like I was asking him to kill someone then he actually added three pieces of lettuce like bro are you serious.
If I could give them a -10 I would! Worst customer service EVER! Ordered pick up on their app for my daughter. She went in to pick it up and it wasn't on the shelf. They said a Skip the dishes driver came in and took it. I went in when my daughter came out to get me and the one girl there was EXTREMELY rude! She told me Skip the dishes driver came to get it. I said where are they taking it to I didn't put in my address. I had to argue with them to make me another one. She had to call her manager and ask. Also continued to be rude! I told her she was rude she said my daughter raised her voice at her. I said well what do you want her to do when you've been so rude to her and regardless of what she's said. You don't treat a customer that way! Then she called my daughter a boy and when I told her she was a girl her answer was I couldn't tell. I was disgusted. Then upon telling the manager he gave excuses for her. We had to ask him what he was going to do for us. He gave us a $10 gift card
Terrible service. The guy in Harry Porter glasses was in a hurry. It was as if he hated his job. If I could give -5stars I would willingly give it

The manger at this place is so rude and sassy , kept rolling he’s eyes at me and the girl who was working there wasnt that friendly either if they don’t want to work there really should quit and stop making customers feel inadequate and like there asking for to much when I told the manger I wanted three subs he look at me like I was crazy , isn’t it subway ? I didn’t go there to get bad customer service and rude people I came there to get a sub , the man who’s a manger should not be a manger specially when he can’t even handle his emotions I get that it stressful but he should work on customer service skills more rather then speeding through his job !!!!!

The manager treated me so poorly. Tried to give me a ripped bun, then got upset because I asked for ham that wasn’t all marked up. He pulled the ham off the sub, threw it back under the glass on the piles of meat and walked away letting someone else help me. He had his AirPods in the whole time and was talking to someone on his phone. He was rude, loud and sarcastic with me. When I spoke to the owner, he made excuses for this employee. This guy should not be in a leadership role of manager or in customer service at all for that matter. Zero stars and we will never go back.
