Beverage was sub-par. Was not impressed as this was the 3 time this has happened in this location. The order is a Chai tea latter with almond milk.
Keep trying to use app ( when it works) to order honey citrus mint tea, I'd say 80% of the time one or more ingredients are out of stock , not acceptable, if it keeps happening why doesn't someone order extra?

The drive thru staff here were great. The coffee was delicious. Can't ask for much more than that.
It looks like this small business is more a place to study for a group of kids than a coffe business.There are about 14 seats to sit down and enjoy your coffee, 8 out of these seats are used by the kids working with their laptops , 4 seats are used to put their backpacks and the last two places are the only ones used by a couple of friends enjoying their coffee.
Always on time. Great place on Dougall location.But today I was really shocked am really sad how Starbucks would give me just 1/4 cup of drink of I ask them no ice. Am I paying for frozen water? The lady who gave me was very sorry that this is all I will get. I figured it's not in her hand must be the Starbucks policy but what the heck is this? Why am I paying 6$ for 4 sips? Help me understand Starbucks.
