Veeeeerrrrrry slow service through drive-thru..
The worst customer service and management. Everyone accepts second vaccine verification only this location requires a bar code and my father didn’t have it and they were mean to him for that even though he’s fully vaccinated. This is insane!

5000 people in line every time just to get to the speaker and find out yet again THEY HAVE NOTHING YOU WANT, 30+ min wait every time and 7/10 times they dont have what I ask for...do better or close
Lovely customer service, but most afternoons closed to ordering in advance. And they have been out of cranberry holiday bars since it came back this holiday season, so not sure what's going on over there.
They always make the drinks perfectly. And are very friendly.☺️ ☕️Buuut expect to wait at least 15-20minutes in this drive thru. They are quiet busy at all hours. And the drive thru is small with plenty of other busy businesses around. Line ups can be from all different directions.
the wait times are insane, can be up to 15-20 minutes in drive thru, i still have to wait even if i do a mobile order and pick up inside. I understand being busy but its a different story when i always see at least a minimum of 2 employees just wondering around

Had my dog in the front seat and 2 employees at the drive-thru window gave treats and made the experience that much nicer. Love Starbucks anyways but the 2 drivethru attendants just raised the bar!
