they gave my friend pullpork sándwich without bun and coleslaw and the owner was rude to her and said your not getting a free meal por customer service hope the place shuts down
Quiet Monday night only a couple tables. You think we would get good service with only 2 more tables? Wrong. We got our food and the server did not come back to the table afterwards to see how the food was, drinks were empty for 20 mins, only came back to bring us the bill. Server would clear tables instead of helping the only table she had in the whole place.. I felt so ignored! The only reason why I gave it two stars is because of the food. Service was a -1 Do better. We went here to celebrate Father's Day on the Monday. I have never felt so unwanted in a restaurant in my life. We were placed on the patio as we requested our server came and gave us menus took our drink order.. good so far. We received our food which was decent but the server never came back to check on us or to see if our drinks needed to be refilled. Well she technically did come back and check on us when she brought us our bill and takeout containers when we weren't even half way through our food. She came back a second time and asked if we were still picking at our food and quickly walked away again. She came back a third time with debit machine in hand and asked if I would like to settle the bill now. I said "sure" since at this point I was just done with the whole experience and not feeling like our business was wanted there. They say support local but being rushed through the whole dining experience when the restaurant was practically empty was a very off putting experience and I doubt I will return to this location purely based off of the service. We still tipped even though there wasn't really any service other than taking our order and bringing our food out. I gave two stars just because the smoked chicken was decent.
The sauces were delicious. The ribs were tender but not very meaty and have no flavour on their own. They need the dipping sauce. I have had better ribs elsewhere. The service was efficient.
We were the last customer served forbthe night. Very impressed with our waitress and the food. Quick friendly service and hot delicious food and lots of it...had to take some home. We were in a hurry to catch a movie we decided to go see at the last minute, and they had us in and out in 40 minutes. Definitely will go back!
Service was quick and staff were very friendly but my word, I've never had a more flavorless wrap in my life! I get that a smoked chicken caesar wrap isn't the most bountiful dish in the word but when the lettuce is the most flavorful part of it, you know there's a problem. Not even a hint of seasoning on that chicken. With a name like Smoke and Spice, I certainly expected a lot more. I also had the mac and cheese. Not the worst i've ever had but not something i'd order again either.
Excellent food, friendly service, good sized portions. I love the table top sauces provided, so you can try 4 different flavors of their homemade sauces.
Got the chicken tacos you can find them on the appetizer list they were good and fries were good too.Not a huge fan of ceaser salad - bland, could use more dressing.Service was good!
Service was great, nothing better than a happy server, and the pulled pork dinner it was delicious
