The service is excellent, food is great. Love their halibut dinner. Fries abs onion rings are excellent.
Very tasty fish and chips. The batter is excellent. But, it is way too expensive if you get the halibut. We ended up paying $70 tip included for the 2 piece halibut and fries and gravy for 2 people each. That is outrageous!! I might go back and if I do I will get the cod which is more reasonable. I am giving it only 1 star because of the prohibitively high price. It's too bad that Maria's in Amherstburg closed. Their halibut meal was tasty and it didn't cost a fortune.
My husband loves halibut, and says this is the best place to go for it. Right now this one in LaSalle doesn't have eat in. We take out, and after picking up coffee at Tim's we go down to the river and eat ion the car. We have also gone to the bigger eat in restaurant on University avenue in Windsor. Consist food taste and preparation
