I love Simons. Susan and the staff there are AMAZING, and so professional. I am having my leg amputated tomorrow and they heard about it.not only did Susan the manager, give me my meal for free, and genuinely cared and showed alot of empathy. So I was heading home in my wheelchair completely thrilled about my free meal and the kindness that was shown.I get home to see, every bag had well wishes on it from the staff!! WOW..you dont get that kind of kindness very often anymore. I'm still in awe. I wish I could post the pictures I took of all the notes and well wishes. Means so much to me. And the reason I was originally going there is my wife said get whatever you want as your last meal before you go in the hospital tomorrow. I wanted a DELICIOUS bacon cheeseburger and fries and gravy. It is the bomb!!! SOOOO GOOD. THANK YOU SUSAN AND STAFF AT SIMONS.you made my day
Did this place switch owners and management? We ordered by phone and the food quality just wasn't to par, very disappointing considering we used to order from there in the past. Communication wasn't easy... I had to keep repeating my order so they got it right after having to return there for a botched burger with toppings missing and gravy. They did however remake the burger for free and they were willing to remake the entire meal for free but we just requested they replace the burger ? only.The usual staff seem to all have been replaced. I don't think we will be ordering from here anymore unless some significant changes are made! ????

Love their poutine. Placed an order and has been saying 40 mins forever. If you are too busy to make an order dont place one. You will lose a lot of customers by doing that. This happens everytime I get it from here. Delivery and pick up. The one person who answered the phone left me on hold the whole time while phones were ringing in background. Probably never going to order from here again until they know how to organize their orders
I went to Simon's today for family day and to my surprise it's under new ownership, just because a franchise changes ownership the customer should never gave to put up with the new owners changes, it was si clear that they are skimping on portion size if the chicken melt it was the size of a fried egg actually I thought it was they took a chicken vreast and cut it 3 times in order to save on chicken, it was such a shame , prices have increased and the portion sizes are a complete disappointment, I used to love going here now I will never return, I hope the Simon's downtown is still operating under original owners
Great place to go if you're craving a greasy, filling meal. Great burgers and poutine, with plenty of options for toppings. A little pricey but you'll leave satisfied
Best burger and poutine in town. Fresh cut fries and real cheese curds. Pulled pork poutine was out of this world! Highly recommend
Delicious well made burgers. I got a build your own with the regular things, lettuce tomato, onion, cheddar, mustard and mayo, my son gets the mozzarella and bacon burger. Forgot the pic of my burger but snapped a pic of my poutine before I devoured it lol, fresh cut fries with plenty of cheese and gravy to go around.
This is absolutely the best burger I've had, would strongly recommend if you ever get the opportunity.
