Easy five stars. Really great Chinese food with tons of options and fresh-out-of-the-oven dim-sum. Must try the stir-fry noodles!!!
Ahhhh did I just get unlucky?? I went here after seeing Windsor Food Spotters suggest this as a good Chinese restaurant. The sauce I received was chunky and gelatinous, like Jell-O. It made the whole meal slimy and unenjoyable.. the fried rice was very plain, luckily I had soy sauce on hand as there was none includedSorry for the brutally honest review.. I know I didn't order from the "authentic" menu but I was really looking forward to this place and it's hard to rate highly when other places like rose garden provide better quality at lower prices, or Saigon House for similar pricing but significantly better quality.The only good part I'd say was the included chili oil sauce

I would NEVER go back to this place even if it was free and I was starving. We were going for a Chinese dinner but unfortunately, all of our usual places were either closed or take-out only. One of the guys suggested this place because he's been there before and said it was good. Well let’s just say he's no longer allowed to make any suggestions. Ordered a simple stir fried noodle with chicken and foremost was the taste of MSG and some odd reason, a smoky taste. The salted spicy squid smelled of un-fresh seafood, and before you discount it, this dish is a staple for me and I have never had any that smelled this seafoody; EVER. The green beans with garlic sauce was devoid of salt and had zero taste of garlic. Also ordered a Beef in Black bean sauce but they brought the wrong dish. I don't even know what the sauce was it was a plastic gingery taste. I'm not some whinny self-entitled millennial hipster foodie; in fact, I am Chinese and lived in Hong Kong for 11 years, so I DO have a sense of what Chinese food should taste like, and this certain was not it. I've had better food out of a military ration pack than the crap we were served tonight. My review was based on what we ordered and no reflection on their dumplings/Dim Sum menu that most reviewers rave about. Primarily, I go to Dim Sum at other restaurants and I refuse to pay the outrageous prices they were asking. Suffice to say, I will NEVER darken their doorstep and you can decide for yourself but personally, I wouldn't waste the time.
The food here is fantastic. Excellent and better than most of the authentic Chinese restaurants in Toronto. The Shanghai noodles were so good and the pork belly was very tasty. The dumplings were so fresh. Mmmmm. We’ll be back
Came here on a Sunday for Dim Sum and we will definitely be back! Place was super busy, I’m glad we got in when we did! Food is amazing, very tasty and flavourful. It’s always a bonus when the owner is nice and friendly, talking to the customers! We live in Tecumseh but will be making a weekend trip for this Gem! Can’t wait to try everything on the menu!
The best Chinese restaurant in Windsor for actual real Chinese food (not Americanized fast food garbage). The dumpling are delicious, the Shanghai noodle is fantastic with huge servings of pork and shrimp. Consistency in taste for every order, highly recommended.
Ordered from here 2 weeks ago and it was fantastic. Today we received some of the worst food I’ve gotten from a restaurant. Pictured is the stir fried udon and beef chop suey, both just a gooey, tasteless mess. Very disappointed.
Never tried soup dumplings before, but they were so delicious! Came in specifically to try them. We had the pork & cheese + the pork dumings & grilled pork noodles. Everything was delicious. This place is super casual but the staff are so friendly! Their menu has a TON of options but they make it very easy to order and understand. Will definitely return.
It's a truly great Chinese restaurant with the best beef noodles soup in the town and all the other food are amazing. I am thankful they are survived from covid. You must try this place once in your lifetime!
