Amazing Service and food was exceptional. We loved the drink options and the fact that they were ready to make non alcoholic options for any cocktail drinks. The coconut jumbo shrimp was so good, full of coconut flavour and quite crunchy. The quantity in the feast is definitely not as much but the quality makes up for it. Will definitely go there again.
I was not really sure if this is going to be the best choice however the workers over there are super nice and very diligent …. Prices are really reasonably fair and totally accepted …. Food is splendid and super tasty .. this place will make you happy and draw a smile on your face … there’s parking lot where you can park your car .. The atmosphere is really classy and quiet … this place is a 100% recommended and deserve a try … will definitely go back there.
Amazing food at this place especially the biscuits! We had really good customer service too. I found that the combo offers were the best for the price. Definitely worth going back again.
I haven't been to a Red Lobster in years so when I went on a date to this Red Lobster I was pleasantly surprised on how much I enjoyed it. Service was alright nothing to write home about but the meal was really good. Biscuits are delicious the side Brussel sprouts are fantastic and I had the shrimp trio which was good. The price was reasonable and I was full. I really enjoyed this meal and the atmosphere was nice.
On a busy Saturday night we were seated earlier than the suggested wait time. Food came out quick and promptly. Server was excellent and attentive. But best of all was how fresh the meal was. Lobster, steak and shrimp all cooked for perfection. Will be back to visit again in the future. Thanks for the experience!
We have not been to red lobster for a while because we were very disappointed with our last experience. IT was our granddaughters birthday. But our friends wanted to go on Saturday evening. While waiting we witnessed a manager in the lobby being so rude to a group of people who had booked a table. It was about masks. The manager was so Insulting and extremely unprofessional that it became a mob mentality where customers joined in too The women left in tears. Do you know who they are? You should. They have been on the news. Suffering from PTSD and horrendous injuries. Our family AND friends will never EVER go again. We left for the LAST TIME

Had a bit of a mix up with the delivery order (error with doordash). Staff went ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure I received the correct food and were very friendly/helpful throughout. They even offered to bring it to me. I'm very impressed with the customer service. The food was amazing - fresh, tasted great, and correct! Thank you so much to the staff I spoke to - you were all fantastic and turned my night around!I will be doing my orders straight through the restaurant from now on!
I went for a work lunch and the service was absolutely amazing! Milan was the gentleman that showed us to our seat and was incredibly friendly and energetic. Marc was the name of our server and was extremely friendly and helpful. The food was great as well. We can't wait to go back!
We had an wonderful waitress caring us and it's the key for Red lobster Windsor to be successful.The "Ultimate Feast" was the platter we got that has very good quantiy for 2 to share if accompanied by a stater. The lobster and crab was perfectly cooked.The coconut shrimp was at its best as expected. And the popcorn shrimp is commendably good.The best family spot or a good place for a satisfactory food. 4/5?.Special Mention - #coconutshrimp.Dessert Menu could get more attention.
