My Philadelphia roll looks nothing like it’s supposed to in the picture on their site and the salmon on top was warm and had weird greenish brown spots on it, there wasn’t even supposed to be any salmon on top. My California roll tasted like straight up imitation crab that had been left out of the fridge for hours and when i bit into it the imitation crab had juiciness to it that tasted horrendous. Everything was just lukewarm and tasted awful.The shrimp roll was a bit better than the California roll but still tasted bad. The only decent thing i received was the avocado maki roll.
Horrible experience with this restaurant. We ordered 3 orders of Masago gunkan maki which is listed under the Maki (6pcs) section of the website. However, we only received 2 pcs instead of 6. When we phoned the restaurant, the owners were extremely rude and couldn't understand our side. They said they would call us back and hung up, but they never returned the call. Therefore, we went in person for a refund. It turns out we were charged an extra dollar ($36 not $35.05) and when refunding us, they only gave $35 and we had to argue with the owner to get the correct amount of money. The husband of the owner even tried to fight my father.Truly horrible service, non-understanding staff, and ill-tempered owners.
If all you have tried is all you can eat quality sushi then do yourself a favour and try this. It's not even on the same level. The place doesn't look like much from the outside but don't let that fool you. It's the best sushi in South Windsor.
Excellent quality, fresh sushi that's fairly priced. Very good COVID protocols for take-out orders. Their vegetarian sushi does not have fish smell/ taste (e.g. from cross contamination) which, for a vegetarian, it sets them apart from many other places. Their non-veg sushi's are excellent as well. This is our go-to sushi in Windsor.
Best sushi place we've found in Windsor so far. Really good rolls, fresh fish. 4 stars only because here and there, we've called for takeout and the wait time was 90 minutes +.
absolutely love this place for sushi...the dragon roll is my fave & their sauces are great too. It's just take out right now, but they are pretty quick w orders from online.

Love love LOVE this place!!!! My boyfriend and I have been coming here for over a year now and typically once a week for our date night. I have never been disappointed. The sushi is absolutely amazing and got us both hooked! The rolls are always put together beautifully and I love the spicy mayo, ginger etc provided on the side. Not only is the sushi the best in Windsor, but the owners are even better! They are so kind and genuine and make the experience that much better. I always look forward to chatting with them when we pick up our sushi. You cannot get anything better than this!
