I usually go here once every 2 weeks as I work close by. There was a younger boy working today 02/15/2022 and he had NO interest in waiting on me. I was the only one in the restaurant and I ended up looking at my phone because I had to be back to work and it took him about 5 minutes to come to the front. Once he did I asked for a burrito bowl and he said what do you want as he was going to put rice in the bottom. I asked please if I could get lettuce instead for the Base. He was not impressed went over grabbed less than a handful probably about 10 pieces put it in and asked what kind of beans I said re-fried. There’s none …. I asked none prepped he said no it’ll take to long he then started scraping the sides of the bin and getting the dry flaking and I mean FLAKY pieces of re-fried beans. I walked out. I have never walked out of a restaurant in my life. I was SHOCKED. They’re usually so good here :(
I have been a regular customer in this location specifically for a couple of years! Was always happy with the service and cleanliness. However, the past couple of months it started taking more than an hour to get a burrito or a bowl and not once or twice it became a regular thing for this place. As much as I liked this place it has become a huge disappointment with the wait times. I really wish they fix it and get old staff back or train their new staff better otherwise they will lose regulars.
Spent 55 for the family dinner. They didn't label the salsa. And put extremely spicy salsa all over my food and had to throw it all away.
I got a regular sized burrito and its not even the size of my hand and im known for having small hands??? Like this thing wouldnt even make a toddler feel full? I used to get these and it would be the size of my face and the lady on the phone tried saying its how theyre always made like no they were never smaller than my hand ?
The girls that load my burritos are amazing. They are not shy to put a lot for my money. I do wish they would put a electronic tip to the cash out, I don't have cash on me always. Honestly amazing people who work there.
Im not usually one to write bad reviews but the experience I just had left me no choice. I walked in the store around 7:55PM and was greeted by the girl behind the counter with a terrible attitude. I continued with my order and disregarded her lack of customer service. A young guy from the back stepped out to bring something to the front of the store and the girl proceeded to yell at him in front of me for not washing the dishes.Whether the guy was doing his job or not, she has absolutely no excuse to humiliate him in front of a customer. She yelled out loud that she will be speaking with Nicole (assuming this is the manager) that she does not want to be scheduled the same shift as him. The lack of professionalism and customer service is one thing, but to yell at a coworker infront of others is unacceptable regardless of what position you hold in your job.To clarify she was a shorter girl but I couldn't catch her name. There was another girl in the back also who's shift ended at 9:00PM from what I heard through the yelling but she was not involved.Its exactly this type of service that gives the franchise a bad rep and makes people not want to return.

The crew won’t let you dine in and will talk rudely. Went there at 9:15 day before yesterday and store closing was at 11:00 still they would say that they are about to close and won’t let me dine in. Happens most of times when I visit there.
Love, love love, the food , always fresh and the staff are so friendly, prices are really good for the amount of food, I recommend this place forsure
Poor customer management. Staff not trained so well. There was one girl just standing there and looking as the other one prepared all the orders on her own
