One of the worst food restaurant i ever tried. If there is a zero star i would have put it. The food was very small portion and very very old and dry. The rice very dry and old , taste like microwave rice, the chicken balls double fried ,lots of oil , old chicken inside of it. Noodles had no taste but soy sauce, very very mushy and disgusting , tofu probably was sitting all day and when we ordered ,they refried it to make it taste like just cooked. Please do yourself a big favor and never order from there.
Was excited to try this place because they are open late and I love a good bubble tea. My boyfriend and I sat and looked at the menu, then decided what to order. We went up to the front to order and the 2 people behind the counter seemed to be rushing around like crazy. There were a couple other people waiting for orders, so my boyfriend and I just stood patiently. The woman even came to the side of the counter to hand the other people their order and definitely saw us standing there waiting to order, but didn’t even say anything to us. Literally after standing there for about 10 or 15 minutes with absolutely zero acknowledgment (didn’t even so much as to look at us), we decided to go eat somewhere else. Ended up going to The Barrell House and had some great food in a nice restaurant. After reading all their reviews here I’m kind of relieved we didn’t end up eating here. I get that places get busy and swamped. But to not even acknowledge your customers are standing there waiting to order for 10 minutes is extremely unprofessional and rude. They either need to hire more people or learn more about proper customer service because this ain’t it chief..
Ordered a peach green tea with lechee popping pearls, the drink was not that good and the staff was rude. Never visiting this place again!!
Called an order for pickup, after waiting 20 minutes then heading there, I waited an additional 20 minutes just to be told that they weren’t making my food at all. During my wait 2 customers walked out because their pickup order never came & 2 ladies came into to order drinks, rang the bell but were ignored and left after waiting 5 minutes.
Got delivery. Bubble tea was good but wasn't properly sealed so it spilled a bit on the rest of the order. Pad Thai was not a Pad Thai... The sauce seemed to be only soy sauce, no bean sprouts really if I didn't know it was a Pad Thai I would have guessed from appearance or taste.
Ordered the wonton soup. 2 of them actually.The broth is like pure soy sauce. So salty that it burns your mouth. 2 soups in the garbage.
Slow service, ordered food and drinks for pickup and it said it would be ready at 9:07 and it was ready at 9:35. We got 3 boba drinks (that came melted because they sat for 30 minute, i assumed they’re the first thing she made) , 8pcs sushi and 4pcs springs rolls and waited an extra 30 minutes for only that little amount of things. And there was rice on the straw’s supplied, one of the cups was broken so the food is all wet in the bag too.
Great selection of bubble teas! Rare flavours and toppings! Nice food menu and Chinese desserts. They had a selection of boardgames - really nice experience. Witty and engaging hostess.
I ordered from Skip the Dishes at Q Tea Asian Food and Bubble Tea and I requested that they made sure the food and drinks were gluten free because I have Celiac Disease. They called me on the phone and read me the ingredients of all of the items they were unsure of and modified my sushi so I could have a California roll with shrimp instead of crab because the crab was not safe for me. The staff member I talked to was so incredibly kind and left a sweet note on the receipt telling us to enjoy our food. They also told me that if I had any reaction to the food to call them so they could do better next time. The sushi and bubble tea I ordered was delicious and reasonably priced, will definitely order again!!
food quality and bubble tea is AMAZING, at a very reasonable price
