What is their direct phone line ? Cannot place the order through call center as they dont have some items in the menu
I places the regular pizza and they made thin crust pizza.When I complained on phone they said you will be delivered the same pizza. I waited for 75 minutes then I called back . They said " the supervisor in call center Nora and DSM of store took the decision and canceled the order ." They never asked me about my complained or called me back to inform me that my order was canceled. That store is in critical condition. They can't use broken oven but still they don't care. I waited for more than 30 minutes after I ordered. This is not or pizza pizza standard. If this decision was taken by supervisor and DSM they both should be fired by pizza pizza
Pizza Pizza has really upped it's game lately. We didn't order for about 5 years because quality was seriously lacking. There's so much more to choose from now and ingredient quality seemed to have improved. We were impressed with our recent order and will order again soon.
I had asked and billed for bell pepper and its missing , Disappointing
Last 5 times I went they never carry the most common pizza slize (pepperoni and cheese). The owner expressed the reason to me is because that pizza is on special, and customers will be forced to choose other options.
They are good pizza maker as compared to other where,I have tried.Staff is good and respectful . Must try
It was a good pizza and I had best service ever.
Order arrived over 60 minutes late. They did not honor their commitment for a free order, they didn't have the drinks with them. The dips they gave me weren't the ones I ordered. When the driver came back, he came back with the wrong drinks. When I called customer service they said they were sorry and they will give me $3 on my next order...my order was $65.

Food was great! Thats the only reason they got 2 stars. I have nerve issues in my ankle and requested the driver to enter my 6 plex apartment building and take the stairs to my front door so I didn't have to slowly and painfully go down and up the stairs. Driver outright refused! They do not care in the company and I was informed its up to the driver if they enter. The driver does not care if the person is disabled or not. So in short they do not care about the customer. Only their pockets
