The guy working was touching all the fresh foods with bare hands to refill the peppers, pickles, etc. Very unsanitary and tons of cross contamination going on. Had to ask them to wipe the counter before putting my wrap on top of a bunch of spilled sauce. Other customers brought this to the managers attention and she agreed he should have gloves on. Probably won't eat at the tecumseh rd again.
Pita tasted good but rude and racist staff.
Used to love Pita Pit, but the last 5 or 6 times we’ve ordered, the wraps have all been made incorrectly. They mix up the toppings on the wraps and put things in others that were not requested. For example, I ordered a bacon wrap with lettuce, and parm cheese…. Why is chicken and cucumbers being added to it? Yet the 2nd wrap I ordered that was supposed to have cucumbers, and chicken, had neither, but added croutons (that I didn’t request). This has happened to many times. I think I will be taking a break from Pita Pit for a while.

The Special Deal for 10 Pitas, 10 Pops, 10 Chips and 10 Salads are perfect for an office lunch. I had the pitas cut in half, 20 assorted half pitas for my clients to choose from at a reasonable price! They were delicous and everyone enjoyed them. Thank you!
The staff makes sure the pita is stuffed and made well just like the customer wants it. Also they suggest if there are new sauces/toppings. Nice experience!

Just leaving the one on Howard. Again so pleased. With a serious allergy it's hard to Find a place where I don't get cross contaminated and sick for the next 3 days. I Watched them wash their flipper and grill before doing my order. You have no idea how much I appreciate this and wish other resturants / take out would do the same. Thank you. Thank you.
Really good experience here, the staff were very friendly and did a great job on the pitas. This will be the only location I go to.
just went to pita pit on walker and the 2 staff there were awesome! lovely to deal with :)
