One of my favourite restaurants in Windsor! The food is amazing and they make a great expresso martini! The staff are friendly and attentive. I enjoyed the braised beef spare rib (soooo good) and ended the meal with the tiramisu (also delicious). The restaurant has an awesome vibe with the bar set up in the middle, mixture of soft seating (leather benched and plush chairs), you never felt like you were too close to another table, and they had some great accents. Perfect for date night, work dinner or group outing!
Amazing food, Great service and delicious food..The pizza is the best. It's a good family restaurant.The staff was very friendly and polite.They were able to rearrange few tables to accommodate 7 of us and the seating was perfect.The quality and the portions are huge, you would never come out hungary.
Incredible service! We were waited on by three young ladies. Our lead waitress was friendly, kind, and great! The food was perfect and so delicious! Highly recommended, authentic Italian restaurant in Via Italia.
The atmosphere and the addition of the new bar are very pleasant. Our server was nice but not very knowledgable or polished. The appetizers were excellent. In our four people group, we were all very disappointed with our main courses, but really enjoyed the apps. My lobster risotto was overcooked rice and lots of it, topped with roasted vegetables, overcooked and dry lobster tail, and on top of the veggies some kind of fish cake. The chef should truly learn how to properly make risotto or just take that of the menu. Why should there be so much mixed and mashed food in one's plate?? the rest of the group had same experience with different main course choices. Quality over quantity!!! Poor wine selection!!
Simply wow. I was here for a weekend from Toronto and felt like eating Italian for dinner. The place was buzzing as it was a Friday Night. To be honest everything from the Bread, Bologna’s pasta, Red Snapper & Tiramisu were awesome. The portions were also huge ( Specially the pasta). Celeste ( I am not sure if I got this name right ) was our server and he did a great job explaining us the things we should order and yes his recommendations didn’t disappoint. Would definitely come back the next time I am in town.
We celebrated our sons wedding with a luncheon. I recommend this beautiful restaurant. The food is fresh and terrific, the staff are so helpful and friendly. Kudos to the the chef and owner. We will be back in a heattbeat!!
Atmosphere is great. Warm and inviting, loud and exciting. Service was good in terms of pace and understanding table needs. No chef specials. We ordered Cod, Snapper and chicken. The cod was nicely plated paired well with rapini, scallops cooked perfectly and sauce had nice flavor however I found the cod a little too fishy and I didn't finish it as a result. Everyone enjoyed their meal but wouldn't order again. I had been looking forward to trying this place but I wasn't wowed. I do want to go back again and try the short ribs & pasta.
I LOVE THIS PLACE! By far my favourite place to eat in windsor, yes it’s pricey but it’s worth every penny. Their ravioli is to DIE for, the filling is smooth and not grainy like other places. Please check this place out if you have the chance
I just left Nicos for dinner this is the first time I have been to this restaurant for I do not live in the area. Beautiful restaurant very clean. We were seated and at first a gentleman came and lit the candle on our table he was very polite I noticed thought the evening he was working very hard running around and helping all over the restaurant. Then another gentleman came and filled up our waters very polite he came several times to the table to do so and serve the cheese with our pasta and to box up our leftovers. Then we were greeted by our server Mario he helped us decide what to eat all his suggestions were amazing. Not only was his service top notch but his personality and the way he spoke was like no other service I have had in a restaurant ever! If your looking for amazing food and top notch service this is the place to come. Don’t forget to ask for Mario to be your server. I spoke to The owner on my way out to tell him how amazing the service was he seemed to be a very humble person as well.
This is the best Italian, if not the best, restaurant in Windsor. Food is authentic and made from scratch. They can customize their dishes to accommodate any allergies or dietary preference. The customer service is exceptional/ Nico is very accommodating and treats everyone with respect.
