I ordered a double bacon poutine, apparently there was a little sign at the front that says there’s no bacon. Did not see the sign and the cashier didn’t think to at least mention there was no bacon and charged me the price of double bacon poutine. It would’ve been nice to have been notified by the cashier that there was no bacon. I also do not understand why you guys would still offer the double bacon poutine and charge customers for the price if there is no BACON. I go back to the cashier and she tells me I should’ve read the sign.TERRIBLE SERVICE
Consistently excellent, great food service at goodprices. Whenever i go i usually had deal with a single person at counter and his name is HARSHIL and that person is respectful polite, efficient and knowledgeable every time.
I was at the mall, figured I would pick up dinner before going home. Went to new york fries got a poutine kit. No soggy fries when I got home. It was great. Great service and great food.
I live out of town..about 1 1/2 away and one of the 1st places my kids and I stop when we go to Devonshire mall is NYfries. It is ALWAYS great customer service, great food, and clean. All the workers do an amazing job and we will keep coming back. Totally recommended

I was shopping at Devonshire Mall with my daughters, and had the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FRIENDLY MANNER THAT HAD QUICK SERVICE. THEY ALSO FOLLOW ALL SAFETY PROTIVE CALL. I as a Mom felt good Eating and feeling that they care and prepare our food so Tasty! WE WILL BE BACK! THANK YOU TO ALL YOUR STAFF AND THANK YOU FOR TREATING YOUR CUSTOMERS WITH WHAT THEY DESERVE!!
The service at this location was and always is AMAZING!!!!!! The staff is very friendly and they always make me smile.I love seeing young people working there and they seem to actually enjoy the job.Oh and the best poutine EVER!!!!! If I could give 10 stars ? I would!!
NYF has been one of my favorite go-to restaurants at the mall for ages! Great food (especially the poutine!), always good service too! Highly recommended if you're a fry connoisseur to any degree ?
