The lady manager on 15 July around 6.30 pm was very disrespectful and have no sence how to talk to customers she should not be manager of store instead she should be cleaning the store she is making McDonald's customer service go worst Iam really amazed to see how sone store manager does not have sence to talk to customers . I will never ever visit this store in my life . She was threatening me like she owned my life I was silently waiting for my skip order she was like wear your shoes it's not your home . the lady manager at ur store does not have any sence to talk to their customers and she was so rood. she should be fired right away when i called the mc donalds to get the name of the manager she picked up the call and she refused her name it was the worst experience of my life and i will never ever go back there
McDonald's is what it is McDonald's fast food. My only problem is there's no vegan patties Liz and the burgers are cheaply made maybe time to upgrade a little bit

The typical fast food service. Bit of a wait though.. in store customers dont get treated as well as drive thu customers which is wrong. I coulda went through the drive through but it seemed a little nicer to get out of the vehicle to eat for a change. This experience was obviously not as pleasant as I'd of liked.
Something simple, no big panic. I ordered two apple pies and a medium coffee with two milk, well they forgot the milk. Okay now the problem. I tried to call and they answered then they hung up. So in the future, not a Good McDonald's to get your coffee.
No Sauce typically means no sauce, don’t put the receipt stating No Sauce even though the burger is smothered with it; people have allergies. Ordered Sunday April 24th around 230am, won’t be ordering from here again
When we went to grab our pancake breakfast, we went through the drive-thru. Our wait time was short, when I paid I was asked if I had the app to scan so I could earn points. We we received our food, everything was correct and accounted for. The main issue I find that people mostly complain about when using drive-thru or take-out is missing food or their order is messed up or wrong. I won't lie we have had a few times where things were missing or made wrong, but when I called they were always ready to correct the issue immediately. This time there were no issues what so ever. Thank you for our awesome pancake breakfast!
This is the worst mcdonalds in the city. Their food is low quality when they do have the stuff you order. They never have poutine, coffee is burnt and their customer service is ridiculously bad. I also always have to wait if I order anything other than drinks. Hire better staff rather than these rude kids who don't know how to do anything other than give attitude.
It's pretty common to have to pull ahead and wait for your order, even if it's only one standard breakfast sandwich and a hash brown that you've ordered. At least they're not out of bacon at 9:30am like the Horton right around the corner.Update: I ordered a breakfast sandwich and 2 hashbrowns, only 1 hashbrown was in the bag.
