One of the better Mcs to eat at. Service is great.
I am extremely happy with the service today, I usually don't leave reviews but the lady who assisted me today was phenomenal. I didn't get her name but she was a small brunette girl working between 12:30-1:30 pm at the cash register June 15/2022I am disabled and use a cane to avoid falls due to my condition, and ordered a small eat-in lunch (cheeseburger, small fry and a coffee). The young lady during a rush noticed that I was using a cane and offered to carry my tray for me (I said it's okay but it was that thought that was super sweet to me). On my way out I ordered a take out meal for my SO & a second coffee for him. She noticed I had my coffee from earlier, plus the additional bag to carry & offered both a tray and assistance again. I did take her up on the tray offer, but was okay to carry out the food. But it was just so nice to see the care she had for others.I wish I got her name, but I hope her management see this review & reward her in some way. Extremely nice seeing such supportive, caring and assisting staff. Thank you!
Ordered an icecream cone today around 6:15pm. It was the tallest cone I've ever had!! Double the size of a normal swirl. Whoever made it ??????
Slowest and rudest service I've ever experienced at a McDonald's. Never again plus the bathroom had a terrible smell and was filthy
They advertise a 24 hour drive thru, but block the lanes with garbage cans and recycling bins after midnight until the next morning. I’ve placed two mobile orders over the last couple weeks that I had to cancel because I couldn’t physically get in the drive thru. I figured that maybe the hours were wrong, but there was a full staff inside just sitting around. So is the drive thru closed after midnight even though it says 24 hours or is the staff just blocking it off to avoid have to take orders on their shift? Either way, bad business.
They say their drive thru is 24 hours and its such a lie I work nearby and go in the mornings to grab something to eat and a coffee I've gone at 4am 4:30am 5am 5:30am almost every day and every time there are garbage cans blocking the drive thru if your not gonna be open 24 hours then don't advertise that you are

Drive-through employee immediately demanded I went to the waiting spot for 1 chicken burger. They were not polite or courteous. I understand that there is a timer for waiting and company policies but manners go along way specially when I greet you with a smile.
It’s McDonald’s. You know what you’re getting and the staff it great and super quick.
