If your looking for anything quick, even through drive thru, forget it. Better check your food and coffee to make sure it's what you ordered. I certainly hope every Mac's isn't as bad as this one.
I went to the the McDonald's at wyandotte and pillette it was after work. I used the app and ordered ahead. So I arrived with a few cars ahead in line approached the speaker after waiting way too long for 3 cars to clear. I arrive at the window to be ignored, I looked in the window and seen a small bag that I knew was mine, sitting in my car for almost 5 minutes before the dude opened the window where he had his back to me to then tell me that everything was going slow. Not sure why he had his back to me leaving my food sitting there getting cold. What a a major failure.
This location is mixed reviews. It's the only nearest McDonalds in the third line vicinity. The staff is super young and inexperienced at times. However overall it's a fast food restaurant not fine dining. You are only paying under $2 for warm food. They handle alot of traffic which could be dealt with better (franchise owner). It's 24 hours. Try being nice and saying "hello! How are you?" Once in a while. It helps to get service faster and put a smile on someone's face.
What's with the ⅔ of a patty Opened my burger to adjust the meat and this is what I found. See the picture of my my McDouble that I just bought a few minutes ago. Not pleased!
Should just shut this place down. I went in after work around 530 to sit and have my food lobby was closed. And at 6pm they lock the doors. Service is also poor.
Every time I order from this one, whether it's drive thru, deliver, or in-store.... my order is wrong. There's either missing nugget sauce, incorrectly made items (wrong additions/subtractions), or just wrong orders entirely. This restaurant just doesn't know how to make things properly.
Let me preface this by saying I ALWAYS have an issue with this McDonald’s location (Wyandotte Street). As someone who worked at a McDonald’s, I know how things are supposed to go. My friend and I went through the drive thru behind 2 cars, and we waited at the speaker for five minutes for someone to take our order. After paying, they gave us the wrong item. After letting them know, they asked us if we had ordered at the speaker (?) which we did. We had to repeat our order to them multiple times, EMPHASIZING the hot mustard sauce that we PAID for. There was no sauce in the bag, as per usual, as well as the large fry BARELY filled halfway. The mcdouble had mustard sauce all over the wrapping, making a mess all over my table when I opened it. Every time I go to this McDonald’s, something is missing or made incorrectly, particularly the fries. Straws are missing, sauces are missing, at least one thing from your order will be missing. Do not go here.
They have a very bad night crew filled with misinformation for courier pick ups... Ill mannered and rude staffs.
