We are all done with McDonalds. Seriously. I know it won't make a difference, all things considered but I am tired of being WAY over charged CONSISTENTLY. And when the overcharge is pointed out it is an immediate guarantee of receiving an incorrect order. Every time. I hear so many people talk of the same issues that it cannot be a coincidence or lack of properly trained staff.
I go to this McDonald’s every morning and there is also such fast service. My iced coffees are always so consistent and the staff always brightens my morning! Thank you morning crew/afternoon manager for always starting my day off amazing!
The woman at the drive thru is so awesome, she made my night with her positive fun happy attitude. Going back because of her.
Will not be going to this location ever again. My order was wrong 3 times and the manager is not professional at all. I simply just wanted my order corrected, I didn't want to argue over a burger unfortunately it turned into an argument. Where he mocked me and argued with me, thank God my child didn't witness this and was seated at the table. As a manager I would assume you be professional but not this guy. I'm so disappointed in the costumer service and the way I was treated ? if I could rate a 0 it would be that
Just can't go to any McDonald's anymore...well over priced for garbage.Never hot, chicken nuggets seem to be getting smaller just as the quarter pounder.If you want a good fast food go to WENDYS...I have yet to have ANYTHING not hot.
I've been here quite a few times order two or three cheeseburgers and there's no thing going on in the restaurant but they asked you to pull over to the side and wait for two lousy cheeseburgers I got angry cuz I've had just about enough and I left this place is a joke
Absolutely horrible customer service, there’s this one girl in drive thru has no manners and doesn’t know anything! Definitely deserves to be fired
I go to this location quite a few times a week in the morning as I work close by. The women that they have had working there during the week for the last year has been an absolute breath of fresh air. You always have amazing and friendly service with a consistently good coffee every morning. If I go on the weekend when they're not working it's not the same. Coffee isn't as good and most recently I had to drive back as they gave me a black instead of double double. These women are an example to the workforce and truly value their job. You put a smile on my face and make my morning everyday!
8:30am Multiple times i have had my coffees made completely wrong. I order a DD and today i got XL Black. A few weeks back i ordered a sausage and egg combo and got grain muffins in the bag.i have worked there as a teen and know the rush hours can be stressful however this service lacks attention to detail. Especially the morning crew.
Absolutely the worst McDonald’s in this city staff can’t even make burger without burning and putting it together sloppy not once but last 3 times I’ve been constantly this locations straight sucks for service.Clearly seeing other reviews this store location manager or even cooperate office obviously don’t care either ridiculous
