Watch out for expired food. One morning they gave me old breakfast burritos. I know because the label on them said so. No one bothered to look at the product before serving it to loyal customers of about 30 years. When I returned the expired food to the counter, not even an apology...lady there who is full time in the am just snickered and gave me an order for another two lame breakfast burritos...the most inconsistent product ever known to the mcdonalds franchise. At every location either they under fill the wrap or warm it up enough in the microwave that the ends of the pita are crispy. Low quality and managers don't like doing quality control of this product. They always tell me it depends on which student makes them, this is what determines the quality and more importantly quantity of the burritos. A two breakfast burrito meal is about 10 bucks. Rip off if they don't fill the burritos properly...I call customer service and they send me one free breakfast meal. Tnx alot...I have a family of six and everytime McDonald's breakfast rolls around I drop about 60 bucks...been doing it for years. I complain about the quality and quantity regarding their COVID limited menu and they just don't care. I wonder what Roland would think...
Nice hashbrowns. Did not give ketchup packets. Breakfast eggs were nice and fresh
Went here after the fireworks around 12:30am. The Grand Big Mac and large fries tasted bad, like they needed to change the oil days ago. My Coke was watered down and full of ice even though I requested "no ice." Should have gone to Jose's down the street for $15.00!
Always have issues with the app at this location causing me to waste time on my lunch break. They close the diner after 6pm rather than actually police the mall crowd and ask loiterers to leave.
I love this place. I have not gone here in so long. I miss eating from here and burger king.
Online in the app the store pick-up option is available, but the location was locked. After ringing the bell, even though there were people indoor, no one came over. After we walked over to the drive-through, which was the ONLY option, the drive-through staff asked us to wait until all the cars are served, excuse me? Why should pedestrian have to go through the drive-through on foot first place?
We arrived at this site at 9 pm. One door was locked but other side was open so we went inside. NO where is it posted on either side that the indoor dinning closed at 6 pm. On older member of the staff came out while we were ordering at the board and began extremely rudely shouting at us. The doors are locked... How did you get in. .. when explained he didn't believe us. Went checked the doors and than told us seating closed at 6... Repeatly..... No form of manners at all. We were instructed to go to the drive thru if we wanted to eat. In total disbelief
There gift card reader was showing I had a $0 balance however I can see that I had a balance online. Employee did not seem to care not a good customer service experience
Always get cold fries. Even when you ask fresh. Rude staff
Went here once had raw meat in my burger. Absolutely disgusting how can you serve food like that. They obviously had no food prepared and had just cooked it because we had to wait outside for it as well (obviously just rushing their jobs) the manager told us “That’s how we cook it” I eat at McDonald’s all the time and I know what raw meat tastes like, disgusting. Not coming back. At least they gave us our money back. So funny this happened to my mom at this same location in 1985.Edit: forgot to mention on disgusting detail when I bit into the burger it leaked watery, red, fatty liquid all over my hands like no burger ever has before.
