Delicious authentic food very close to tunnel (Detroit)
I visited this Turkish Cuisine that great place.The manager of restaurant Yaman greeted me warmly. Sarah has with very smile face.They made me feel comfortable.Also, Turkish lamb kebab was amazing tasty and delicious. I would highly recommend this kebab.Thank you Maison Istanbul.
The food was absolutely amazing! Everything was well seasoned and the presentation was great. The prices were pretty good too considering the portions were pretty large. We got a bunch of dishes to try for the table and just shared.
Superb food. We ordered the mixed platter with beef donair which came with delicious fresh salad and amazing sides. The bread and kebabs were excellent. Proportions were huge we couldnt finish with 3 people. Highly recommend.

Mediocre middle eastern delicacy. One time and you wouldn’t prefer going back.Well, food being mediocre, they have a very bad service. Visit when you want to waste time. You might have to wait 1 hour after placing an order on a normal day.
Just came home very disappointed and really hungry. We went out tonight to have dinner at this restaurant. We called in to let them know we needed a table for two reserved. They confirmed and said we could come in. We get there and there were not many people seated, and so we were glad we got there before any rush.Our order was take right away, and two cups of water was brought to us. We were excited to order Turkish food. More people started coming in and there orders were taken.We waited over 59+ plus minutes and by that time majority of people had food on their tables and started eating. During this long wait, no one came over to explain what the delay was about.I have diabetes and can’t wait that long after the point of hunger. My husband was fasting over 19+ hours today and the time to break his fast past , while we patiently waited.My husband walked out and I stood up and went after him. Before I left I saw staff and spoke to her and asked why the delay. She said we should have called in and made our order a day before.I don’t understand why we were not told in advance about how long it would take to get our order?It is okay, our two people order was not much money for them to take seriously. It felt like we were not on the priority list of customers.We definitely will not be going to this location or recommending it to anyone unfortunately.
One of the staff was extremely rude when we asked how much does our food need to be ready since we were waiting for 60+ mins. She used a very aggressive and loud tone, and said that orders are prepared by the order of table numbers which makes no sense at all!!! Even if you come first but you're seated at table 10,for example, you'll have to wait till all the orders of the tables before you are done (even if they come after you).

Worst customer service experience IN MY LIFE.Edit: I'll not be so blunt with my opinion so I've removed my accusation from earlier. I'll give more details about my experience below.Table after table of customers who came in after my party and had their food brought out to their table while we sat there and waited after having already placed our order. We asked the waitress several times about the progress and kept getting told the food will be ready soon. And another table would come in sit down place their order and get their food. Then another table would come in and the same thing would happen. Table after table.I think maybe 4-5 tables came in after us and got their food.After over 1 hour we got up and left, our food was never brought out to us.
