Had to wait 45 mins to get a 4 piece chicken, absolutely horrible service!
Had to wait 15 min for the original recipe chicken strips had my mouth watering before I took a bite, after eating very salty
Placed my order at 4:35. I recieved a phone call telling me the driver did not come, should not be too long. 25 minutes later I called the store and was told the driver just got there. Recieved my cold, greasy, nasty food at 6:02. Complete waste of $44.00. Worst service ever
The décor is not up to par, it doesn't scream The Colonel to me and screams more John Wayne Gacy to me. Go to this location only if Champs Chicken is closed.
Clean place. Delicious speed in ordering . The employee was very tactful. I love this place
Got the order wrong, got what they wanted us to have home and it was pretty much inedible. Soaked through with grease, cold, and disgusting. I called and remained polite, however the 'manager' on the other end of the phone was flat-out rude. It's almost as if they think they're the only place to get fried chicken. Looking forward to seeing a 'for lease' sign on the building.
Late on delivery where I had to go pick up my own order. They're lucky delivery was free. They couldn't give me a straight answer why my pre-order that was order 90 minutes in advance was late. When asked what they could do about the issue, the worked asked "What do you want me to do about it?" In a very rude tone.Never ordering from here again. Awful service and this isn't my first time having a bad experience and having to wait over 30 minutes passed an expected time for food.
The local LaSalle KFC. Drive thru is great. Sometime not the items in stock that I want but I only got once in a while.
Went to get dinner tonight. Not impressed they tell me there’s no gravy. Then get home to eat the fries where cold and the chicken had so much oil it was gross. Not a good experience. Won’t be back
Prepare to have your face smashed in by chicken awesomeness. If you haven't been to KFC in a while you're missing out. Definitely years since i last partook but I was in awe of the famous chicken sandwich, it really is worthy of being famous. Give your taste buds a thrill and ring up Colonel Sanders. Scared of covid or hate putting on pants, well guess what, they deliver.
