Beautiful day out today so we decided to get something to eat and go by the Detroit River and eat there. We had coupons for KFC and decide to get a 2 can dine chicken dinners. After ordering I asked the girl at the drive thru window if I could have some vinegar and she said that they don't have vinegar anymore and I said you have to be kidding me, no vinegar that is ridiculous and she agreed. I have experienced similar things at other Fast Food Joints not having salt or hot sauce, what is going on, who are running these places and cutting out condiments to save money and no such thing as customer satisfaction. Now back to my meal, it sucked, the chickens was dripping with grease, the coleslaw container was soft or mushy as though it was sitting there for a long time and the container got soggy and the coleslaw had no taste, the 7up Drink had no taste as it was just Soda Water and not pop and to top it off no vinegar. Talk about a lousy meal and I'm done with KFC. The only positive experience was sitting by the Detroit River on such a beautiful day.
Whoever owns this place must be the richest idiot in the world….YOUR BUSINESS IS NEVER OPEN ?It’s Wednesday at 1pm. It’s been closed since Monday with “sorry for inconvenience” signs up. No actual reason. During the pandemic they had no staff and closed early every day. This place is a literal joke.
What is wrong with the individual that owns this KFC?. You are hardly opened for business and when you are you don't have any stock on the side containers. You KFC is a BIG JOKE. Your staff is very disrespectful and untrained to say it respectfully.WHY ISNT KFC HEAD OFFICE getting involved and doing something about this location??.
Prices ok food majority great,but last order asked for reg chick got spicy not happy but it only happened once
Absolutely filthy and disgusting!! Slipping on floor due to grease. Bathrooms just gross!!Will never come back!
I'm not sure what happens with cooking process but it's not very good at all..and considering I'm paying 12.00$ for a 2piece but those 2pieces are not even 1 piece..Update: well I went in the afternoon...let me tell you the difference is between Night and day. Still only a 2 star..afternoon counter person very rude and impatient...was craving chicken today, ended up having a burger at DQ
Maybe I'm wrong but I do love me some KFC and it was delicious. Only real complaint is they had no ice and only 2 honey mustard packets. Other then that the food was as good as KFC can get

I went today to place an order for the 14 piece bucket that comes with 4 large sides. I was informed that they were out of the larger coleslaw containers that would normally be given as a large side. Since they only had individual size containers for coleslaw available I asked then if I could be given a few of those in place of the large container and was informed they could not which makes absolutely no sense. I am not going to pay $40 for a bucket that comes with 4 large sides and then be given a very small individual size coleslaw because they are out of large containers. I had went to another location previously and when they were out of large containers they automatically made up for it by given additional individual containers in its place. To expect a customer to pay the full cost but not be given the right size listed on the menu is terrible customer service. Needless to say I left and will not be back and they were out my $40 business and any business in the future.
The Worst of it's kind, if you ask me one restaurant that you should never eat its KFC, its greasy, salty and tasteless so called chicken.I have eaten KFC in Dubai a lot of times, that's something that you can enjoy, but here in Canada that's the worst food experience ever.
