" Unprofessional staff "I called many time to staff but no one was answering me .I was waiting for skip order. They behave like they are not hearing us.Lots of customer were came and got their order but they're not making delivery order . Its happened with me lots of time earlier but today i am writing this review seriously.Requesting manager please review this situation and do action on it.Thanks!
Absolutely terrible service! Very poorly run location. They don’t open or close when they say they do. Super long wait times on top of it all.
The staff was very polite and caring and the food was great however, definitely will hesitate to go eat there again. The floor was so greasy and slippery that it was a hazard just to get inside from the door to the ordering counter then to the table...they had the wet floor signs up possibly to cover their back in case of a lawsuit if someone slips and falls, but it wasn't wet! It was oil! My shoes were so slippery even after that when i went to my car, they were sliding off my break pedal and i had to pull in a parking spot to clean them and then proceed to drive again! Hot water and dish soap should do the trick.... please appreciate your customers preference that choose to spend their hard earned money at your establishment.
Was good. Had to ask for it to be fresh at least 5 times. Language barrier needs some attention
If I could give zero stars I would. The worst service I have ever experienced .Sat in the drive thru for 25 mins before finally getting to the speaker. Get to the speaker and the girl says one minute. 10 mins later she comes back. I finally get to order ask for all white meat and she goes okay I have to check that might take 20 mins. It took her 10 minutes to check on if the chicken would take 20 minutes. She never even came back to the speaker. So after 15 mins of waiting to see if my white meat would take 20 mins I finally just left I had three hungry kids in the car and one that had to go to the bathroom badly.I cannot believe how slow this was. I called them and she said they are very busy.... legit 3 cars infront of me. So if they can't handle 3 cars in the drive thru and noone inside then they should be shut down.
This place should be closed down! Three strikes and you are out! First strike, went to go to the drive-thru found a note on the window saying it was closed.. okay.. it happens. Second strike, the hours posted online say they are open until 9:00 p.m. . Not true... They close at 7:00 p.m. even on a Friday night! We go at 6:50 p.m. and they tell us that they close at 7:00 and they are out of chicken.... Out of chicken! I'm willing to give them one last try but this was their third strike tonight. We arrived at 6:30 I had called prior and asked what time they were open, they informed me it was 7:00 p.m. and I asked them if they had chicken and they assured me that they did. When we got there we were told at the window that it would be 20 minutes for chicken because they were out. Just shut the place down already nobody seems to care about their job there anyway.
This place is in apparent staff shambles.Ordered online. Been waiting for 25 minutes even thought my order was set to be ready a half an hour before. Staff was non existant and the ones that were there, were clearly stressed out. Awful experience and wait time. Clearly the food quality isnt being thought about if they hardly have anyone to make the few items that wouldn't have taken "about 20 minutes to make".
They always forget something in my order every time we go there then they make you sit there for 10 minutes for food

went through drive thru cost me $38+ whole order was wrong only thing they got right was the bottle of pepsi chicken was cold and gooey was just garbage worthy
