Walked in to get a take out dinner order to try the spinach/cheese dip mainly, but ordered entrees too. Totally wrong chicken order and after 5 attempts to call, get transferred, doesn't even ring, then when it did ring no one answered. I gave up. This is the wrong chicken order and they look like wings but not remotely appealing to even try! Definitely don't match the receipt of what I ordered either.

Amazing! Tried this Honey Peach Tea drink, it was with Honey Jack.. very refreshing definitely worth it! We ordered lots of food and we were happy with everything. Patio doesn't seem to get a lot of shade if you're looking to go with a big group.

Updating from a previous higher rating. From removing their best items from the menu, to terrible hospitality from the servers, this place has tragically gone far down hill. Also they somehow manage to all at once increase prices, decrease portions, and decrease quality. Also had 2 different instances where I was very disappointed with either the food or service, and filled out their customer experience form, only to ultimately be completely ignored. Despite these, I continued to give them more chances. But the camel’s back has brokenAnd now a moment of silence for another fallen great.

I went for supper to this location. Very friendly services. Servers were pretty helpful in food selection. They seem to be well knowledgeable about the menu items. Order took little longer than usual but oh well, it gave me more time for conversation (be positive and make better community). I like the taste. I have vegetarian burger and angry fries. Very delicious and I am sure I will order again.

We were in town for a basketball tournament. The girls went ahead a tried to get a table Ryan (the bar tender)turned them away saying they couldn’t accommodate a group of 12. He was very rude.We decided to go back as a group of 4 . Again we walked in asked for a table for 4. The hostess rudely told the girl seating to “put them in the bar”. Ryan kept giving us dirty looks . He came over to get our drink order. We asked what kind of coolers he rudely stated that they “don’t have any”. He made us feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. He was talking to 2 other staff members looking at us and clearly talking about us and laughing. We felt attacked and left to go somewhere else. There are far too many better places to spend our money. We went to Lonestar and had amazing service and fantastic food.

My wife recently had dinner with three of her female friends. Their server, Ann, was wonderful and unobtrusively left them to catch up for a few hours--literally they closed the place, but she was always at hand when needed. She also was very helpful when asked for her advice about selections. The only issue was one of the group had to send her coffee back--I think they need to change something with their machine and needless to say the rest of the group didn't order coffee. Overall the experience was great.

I used to love coming to this location, always had such a great experience and the staff was always so welcoming. I've noticed over the last year and a half or so, though, that this location has drastically changed. The staff has totally overhauled and the experience is just not the same. The food is always overcooked, the staff is not nearly as welcoming, and they are always closing early. Last time I was there I was told I couldn't order dessert because the kitchen was closed 15 minutes before their posted closing time... my server informed me that the manager said no. I understand that the pandemic has dramatically changed the industry, however, when we are coming out to eat, we're still here for the experience and this place does not deliver lately.

Wife and I reserved a spot for us and the 2 girls for her birthday/valentines day on Feb 12th. We wanted ribs and she had liked them at her last visit. We called before going on the reserved date with confirmation only to sit with drinks in hand and be told, "oh no, sorry what else can I get you, we're out of ribs." . We call, less than an hour before and were told otherwise. FAIL, but good for you for getting us to sit down and commit to a mediocre menu w/o our reason for the visit being there. Looked like you needed to fill some spots that night. Get used to it.

Steak and chicken was excellent. Bartender who served us was great and friendly !

The nachos were cooked beyond recognition, had to snap off pieces like peanut brittle. The chicken fajitas weren't prepared properly. Not a good idea to julienne ( cut thinly) the chicken, onions and peppers the same size. The result was a pile of mush where could barely distinguish between what was what.Only saving grace of this experience was the exceptional service from the Young gentleman server. I still tipped 20 percent because it wasn't his fault. My recommendation is that this server find an establishment where the food commensible to his skills.
