The Line cook was outrageously rude and vulgar to his/hers co workers! Verbally abusing our server. My family member and I witnessed these actions! I was completely mortified! Yes I stuck up for waiter against verbal attacks and we refused to complete meal order. These actions will not be tolerated and no one should tolerate this kind of behaviour! Hygiene!! Gloves are great to use in food service but need to be used properly! Touching your face and hat change them or how about don’t even do that when dealing with customer food?
The staff was friendly and attentive.The food was horrible!How can a burger chain consider fries an appetizer?By the time I got my burger, my fries were cold.I guess it didn't matter because the taste was terrible.The milkshakes which I've had before and remember to be amazing was flavourless and tasted watered down.Will not go back - ever.....
Came here last night for dinner, the meals do not come with fries so if you order a burger with fries you will get the fries as an appetizer and the burger will come later. Gave it another chance this morning for breakfast.... I'm assuming she's a manager who sat us and that's about all she did. Our server was wonderful and I felt horrible for her. The place was filling up and the manager literally stood like a stone offering no help to the server. The manager should have been offering to get drinks or run food, that's how restaurants work. Server had 15 tables and the Manager was leaning on the counter. When it's busy, your job is to do whatever needs to be done. Kudos to the server... but that's about it.
2 burgers, 1 fry, 2 chocolate shakes..all average at best 50$. If I want to use caesars points to pay then it doubles to 100$. Would have been better to eat at Neros, or drive back across the border to greektown.
Was here over the weekend had a good meal. It was very busy and it looked to be understaffed but our server got us our food as fast as possible and was very nice even though it seemed she was being stretched! If you ever go here ask for the waitress with purple hair she was great!

I was disgusted by the way someone could treat 2 woman that I canceled my order and left.Again it's not about the Bacon .... it's about how to treat people not just the customer but your employees should never be scared of there Manger!!!! I come to Johnny Shots for a smile, left disgusted and with a horrible taste
Went to have a breafast on Sunday morning. Ordered our food and waited and waited but food never came out and saw everyone that was there after us leaving after finishing their meal. Called the waitress and she looked surprised and told me they were having system issues all day and the order was not going through to the kitchen. I thought to myself, I saw everyone else got their order but us..... She finally brought the food it looked like it was rushed and taate awful. We were only minority there at that time... I will say no more
Food is absoutley disgusting and made me feel sick the chili cheese fries looked and tasted like wendys chili powdered chili with chopped up left over burger absoutley horrible will not go there again and there staff is the worse espically at night
Very rarely I ever give a 1 star but for a casino restaurant which is expected to be high quality, this was not goodThe food was okay (at best) ill give them that BUT!!! Fruit Flys at the table then even more flies in the bathroom!?!? Only thing I can conclude is lack of cleanliness! Which I think is probably THE MOST IMPORTANT thing in all restaurants! My wife ended up getting food positioning and throwing up the food overnight...Yaaaaa definitely never going back again
$25 for a single burger that looked and tasted like a plain MacDonald burger with overcooked frozen shoestring fries both served on individual white saucer plates....yuk. oh, and 2 cokes.What a disaster in taste, price and presentation, if you're ever at casino Windsor save yourself this embarrassment..... yuk!
