At wasn't that great. The service was slow and we had to ask for your bill two timesThe food a bit bland and the bitter chicken was bland with little fresh herbs and seasoning. Was pretty disappointed. I lived in Toronto for 5 years and I was expecting better food
overall a disappointing experience. i got a dall soup and a chicken biryani and neither of them came with salt. they tasted like nothing out the box. also, the biryani didn't even come with raita to drizzle over. it also was just generally poor quality. the meat was pretty tough and had a less than appetizing texture. there were no whole spices either, and no vegetables other than bell peppers and chilis.some people also complained about the meat being rotten or raw. personally, i don't believe that's happened to me but there's definitely something wrong with it; when i get biryani the chicken is always more tender than this. besides, a lot of those complaints don't come out of nowhere.anybody who insists this is the best indian food in windsor is likely either lying or has no idea what they're talking about. there's better restaurants around town for sure.**i should have also added that the naan weren't even fresh. they were obviously pre-made, likely store-bought.
This was my 1st visit to the palace .Here are the highlights:1. Food quality -- 6 out of 10. Food was ok but not that great .2. Customer service -- 8 out of 10. The lady was courteous and professional.3. Ambience and Cleanliness -- 7 out of 10. Tidy ,lots of space to sit .Not much crowded.4. Price -- Not very expensive..Note -- they have licensed from LLBO so they serve alcohol too.
I had a great time eating here. Although the lowest heat level is still a bit too spicy for me, I still enjoyed the food. They do take some time to make the food so don't show up starving.
I ordered the chilli chicken, muttar paneer, naan and rice. The naan was very dry, and the remaining items were not as flavourful as expected. The chilli chicken was a little undercooked and not to mention the portion size was small. The muttar paneer was okay at best.
The Bhatura got me sick for 2 days and I was throwing up at night. Very much Under cooked, not sure how it was even claimed as a Bhatura in the first place.
Firstly, they are giving great guest satisfaction service and respect to any religious people. Every kind of people from countries come there why? Because of delicious gravy, food and beverage on reasonable price. It is very quiet Palace with perfect location on perfect beautiful street of lights and greenery. I have no words to explain quantity and taste which customer got on really reasonable price. I have going and order there every weekend there. It's been month now. Thank you for everything.Arsh :)
Ordered the butter chicken through Uber eats from this place and the chicken was raw! My wife is pregnant and luckily I tried the food before she could eat! She could have lost our baby!

Have no idea how they got these reviews…Ordered palace biriyani on 17th September night through Uber eats , however it was extremely spicy even though have mentioned medium spicy ,,, veggies, chicken and lamb hasn’t cooked properly,, couldn’t give to my kidsLong story short… whole food has to be emptied in garbage.. not worth for money
