This was a place I used to love to come into on a pretty consistent basis in the past, but after this most recent experience, it's not a place I plan to ever go back to.Came in with my family on a 2-4-1 Burger day. First thing I noticed was the seating and wait staff were all different (that was fine). Next, the pricing changed -- you now pay extra for your sides (that was fine as well).What wasn't fine, was the huge "candy wrapper" that I found inside my burger?. I cut my burger in half just because I was given a steak knife (I don't normally cut my burgers) when I found it. I showed it to our waitress and she apologized and took the burger to go get me a new one.I got a new burger and there was absolutely nothing else done about it. Not even a free drink!!!! I was surprised we were charged the full value of the the meal dispite being served a huge piece of plastic. When she brought, it I said "You know that was a candy wrapper, right?" She apologized again trying to assure me that it was Saran wrap due to how the beef is stored (I guess somehow this made it acceptable ???♀️)Never heard of a restaurant over looking such a shameful stain on a customer's dining experience.
2 4 1 wings Mondays and Wednesdays!! Love this place with a passion! I have been coming here for years, great friendly environment!
We always go here not only because it's just around the corner from us , but because the staff I'd great and the food is always amazing and they have weekly deals , we love going for 2 for 1 wings because they are the best !
Best nacho in the city, the pulled pork nacho is amazing. Love their wings and fish, really good deals through out the week. The service is impeccable as well, Kelly always greets you with a smile and makes you feel like you are at home. Jill is great too. I love hurricanes, helluva a restaurant.
Really impressed with the food and service. I tend not to be thrilled with sports bars atmosphere, but this was a slow night so there were crowds of loud patrons, the food was excellent (both quality and quantity) and the wait staff were attentive and accommodating.
Hurricanes is short of a landmark of Old Sandwich Town for a long time now, surviving through recessions, infrastructure projects, and now a pandemic. Why? because of their solid clientele. Their food has continuously been fantastic, their wings are amazing and their gale force sauce is hot and delicious. Hurricanes has made some changes but at heart, it is still Hurricanes with a fantastic staff (Amy!). Why four stars? The parking lot is shared with other businesses and it can be a pain to negotiate into/out of a spot and the bathrooms do need a facelift. Overall, I have been and will continue to be a Hurricanes fan.

I always always always order their 2-4-1 wings and they’re amazing when cooked well done but I’ve never been charged the same price ever, always different amount every time I order..
Food is horrible. Service was bad too! So disappointed in how downhill this place has gone. Food was cold when served and the waitress ignored our table. We were gonna stay all night but left early.
