Swiss chalet great fast service pleasant helpful waitress
Waiting in line for half and hour. This was absolutely the worst fast food experience ever. Lost my business.
Actually ate at Swiss Chalet. My niece got Harveys take-out mini doughnuts to go. But Harvey's hands down, great burgers!. But Swiss Chalet also makes an amazing burger!. The Manning Rd location, ?????

Awesome employees but always super slow service at the drive thru. Wait times to get a hamburger have averaged over 15 minutes in many times.
Harvey's take out drive through order. No receipt, no napkins, 3 of 4 burger buns were burnt on top, wrong toppings on the burgers. But the fries and onion rings were right. Friendly lady at the window.*edit. Pretty good complaint resolution

Love the staff, they are always upbeat and friendly, food is great and they never forget anything keep up the good work
