Gave it a 2 because food was basically the only thing kinda worth our visit! Even tho we wanted a salad but they didn’t have it in stock, we had to order something else and it was good but not the greatest! And as far as washrooms the women’s washroom toilets where not bolted to the ground properly as it was shaking left and right and it wouldn’t flush properly either, mens washroom the urinals where also not flushing properly either! Would probably not come here again! Hope others have a better visit!
Great food, okay service, not great prices, okay dine in experience. It's fast food. You know what you're getting into, I hope. All joking aside, I kinda wish the prices were a smidgen lower, it would definitely encourage me to come in more because the burgers are really good.
Although it does suck having to order at the windows outside after 9pm (and not getting all the toppings and extra toppings you want ?), the fact that the manager contacted me and corrected a skip order that they couldn’t fulfill because of no stock, was really awesome! I consistently am happy with my orders here and the pickles are the best. Thanks to Alisa for the great service, and to all of the staff for great food! ?
Great 100% Canadian beef patties. Americans may be surprised by the taste/consistency of the burger, but that is because they are used to greasy hamburgers in America. Poutine here is awesome too! Convenient to be able to customize your burger right there at the order counter. Harvey's sauce has a little bit of a kick to it.
Ordered take out after indoor dining closed. Ordered Jr Cheese burger, onion rings and 2 apple pies. I always thought Harveys was really good, fresh juicy patty. Mine was BURNT like rubber just like McDonald's. Tasted like they either picked it out of the garbage bin or it had been sitting there for hours. Disgusting.
Probably the healthiest fast food chain in Canada. You can choose milk instead of carbonated drinks and salad instead of fries.
Worst service at Wyandotte store… I ordered onion rings instead of fries but I got fries I told the girl and she said we are closed now I was at the store around 11:45 PM. I haven’t got any sauce on burger as well… as we can see they have punched all the sauces. They also told me that the scene point system is not working at this moment…..and this is not happening first time we have been at this store before and every time they are messing up the orders. There is no option for giving ratings in minus otherwise I will give this store -10….you guys are not even deserving 1 star.
The employees working here are very rude and disrespectful to their customers. As an international student I would not prefer to visit this particular outlet where the employees do not know how to talk to there customers regardless of their nationality. Never going to visit Harvey's in future and THIS IS TRULY BECAUSE OF THE RESPECT THEY SHOW TO THEIR CUSTOMERS.
Favourite hangout place. Great food and staff. Best Cheeseburger. Huge fan of Ghost Pepper sauce!
I visited this restaurant 2 years ago… used my scene card there…now someone is using my card again and fraudulently used 3000 points..even though i have everything virtual.not sure if they are doing it or someone else..
