Yesterday we noticed most of staff wearing mask except for the cook he had the mask hanging from his ear. He didn't even have beard net. It was gross. When a customer came in they ask him to wear a mask. He then said what about the cook who has none.

The food was good but when I finished I noticed something on inside of my drink lid opened it and there were 2 large ants (alive) in it and I just finished drinking that, got home a puked twice.
Messed my order up. Asked for a half lb Angus, they gave me a quarter lb.Then proceeded to blame me for it.Also forgot to give my kids there cheese burger and nuggets for there kids meals. We dined in.Overly not impressed.
Don't eat Here!!!!Awful customer service!!!!Whenever they ask you to pull up to wait for your fast food ( sorry I mean slow food) at Harveys don't..Pay after you get your food it's your right !!!!!people don't cair about your drive through times. more people need to do this so they have to change there policy!!

I work nearby and love this Harvey’s. I’m always greeted cheerfully and love the feeling when going through the drive thru. It feels as though the staff are very happy working here. Keep up the great work Harvey’s. :) and thank you
I want to apologize on behalf of my Uber Driver why verbally assaulted the staff at the resturant and refused the order. Thank you to the staff for calling me and letting me know what happened and that there would be a delay. Very professional way to deal with a terrible situation.
