Yestday there was a cultural program which was open to public... I went there with my kids just to enjoy few moments. Around 2330hrs an old lady came and started shouting on public uses abusive language without considering kids are there. And telling every body to get out...If program was running late or what ever the problem was she was suppose to talk with the management of Program rather than shouting on public.She was so dangerous that my kids got afraid...Avoid that place they are not professionals they are more like gangsters.Best Of Luck
Went there for lunch with my family for the first time and received extremely poor service. We were completely ignored the whole time. We had to ask someone to even place the order and had to ask repeatedly for water. Waited over an hour, no one even came to ask us if we needed anything. Overall, we were ignored and watched all those around us get services before us. Half of our food came first, the other half took an additional 30 minutes. We will never return.
Always stellar food and service. Pizza is by far the best in the city. Make sure to ask for the hot oil.

Went for dinner with the family tonight (dine in) and everything was great. My wife and I had the weekly dinner specials (shepherd's pie and lasagna) while others had pizza and chicken parmesan from the standard menu. Also, we all had the chicken soup. Everything was rich and flavourful. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. Service was very professional. We will definitely be back.
this 'basement' is amazingly elegant - in terms of the artisanship, wood molding, etc. - the Bar offers choice of wines, beers better than many licensed locations - and at reasonable prices - the wood-burning pizza oven does what gas fed ovens simply cannot do - pizzas are a tad pricey...but have unique and incredible flavors
