Do not order off the menu online. The price may be much higher! I placed an order and when I went to pick up my bill was quite a bit higher than what was the price on the menu online! I was pretty shocked!! The girl behind the counter refused to honour the online menu price & really did not seem to care. Zero apology….I won’t be going back!!!
I called and a young lady named Lana answered the phone, she was articulate, polite and very knowledgeable in regards to the restaurant. I ordered the chicken parm, she recommended the noodle because I'm dumb about noodles, lol. The service was top notch when I got there, the two ladies were very courteous and friendly and that's what keeps me coming back as a repeat customer. I ate the food at home and it was excellent, a very full order.

Good food. Please include vegan option in your menu and also include online ordering system like skipthedishes and ubereats. You will see a lot more orders coming to your restaurant.
I would recommend everyone to go and eat. The food quality is too good and tastes everything fresh. Such a good customer service I have ever seen.
Dry stiff pizza. The battered mushrooms were bland and over cooked, no flavour at all. Franco’s is usually one of my favourite places for pizza. This is the first time ordering from this location and will definitely be my last.
Excellent vegetarian pizza with lots of vegetables to select from! I wish they had vegetarian or vegan club sandwiches! I would order everyday. Excellent fresh quality vegetables.
Drove from Chatham for Franco's pizza. Never again. It was terrible. The crust was as thick as a loaf of bread. Tony and Frank would roll over in their Graves. Never again.
Best Italian restaurant, they make the most authentic Alfredo sauce. I tried most of the meals on their menu and it’s all 5 stars. Very generous portions and polite staff.
