Well if I would have known I needed to order chicken in my sweet and sour chicken balls I would have. The smallest piece of chicken in the center , the rice was super dry and flavorless , the egg roll was pure grease , the wonton soup only had 2 wonton noodles in it and they forgot my fortune cookies. Well it was apparent what my fortune would be when I took my first bite. Worst Chinese food I've ever had. My dog wouldn't even eat the chicken balls because there was to much breading
Ordered Soo guy...It had ZERO GRAVY, ASKED for hot mustard, got NONE...the chicken balls were DENSE DOUGH, could hardly chew, chicken fried rice had NO CHICKEN...vegetables and beef ,vegetables tasted putrid. WASTE OF MONEY, NEVER AGAIN.
Ordered 2 wonton soups. Very disappointed in the soup. The wontons had No meat filling AT ALL.. Just the noodle and no filling at all. I picked this order up and was asked if I wanted to include a tip. Here is my tip..put some dam meat in the wontons. Never going back there again.
RESTAURANT MAKES A MISTAKE ON $70+ ORDER AND EXPECTS CUSTOMER TO PAY FOR THEIR MISTAKE. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.If it were possible to give them a 0 stars they would receive that for their extremely poor customer service. Tonight my family ordered a $70+ order for a birthday, as they have our favourite cantonese chow mein dish. Upon delivery we discovered we had gotten a different kind of chow mein dish than what we had ordered. Immediately we called the restaurant and spoke with the same employee we had when ordering and explained our situation of receiving the wrong dish. The employee responded that she had misheard our order, and they could only offer us to exchange the dish for the correct one (which is no problem) BUT it would cost us $3 for them to fix THEIR mistake??? Once we agreed the employee then said she wouldn't send the debit machine back out for $3 despite it being their mistake???? and we HAD to pay in cash, which none of us had. So anyways, if you're looking for a restaurant with this cuisine that is reliably good, delicious and has (literally any) customer service skills, this is NOT the place.
My decade long go-to place for great hot and sour soup or chow main. Always fresh seafood meat and veggies.
My ex wife Colleen Reardon offered to order me dinner tonightFlying tigers is NOT recommended for delivery. She ordered my food over an hour ago will be cold.Much better off picking up if possible, unfortunately I don't have that luxury
Average China food nothing special. It's tasty
Has a pretty good soup experience yesterday. Won ton soup broth was very nice - wontons didn't seem to be stuffed and were a little mushy. Hot and sour soup was very good!
I have been ordering here for many years. The delivery is always super fast and they are open late. The service is decent and the portions are large. You can add generous sides to your combos for just a few bucks more. However I have seen a slight decline on the quality over the years, sometimes very heavily breaded and other times greasy or both. Not a fan of the wonton soup or chicken balls but the general Taos is good and so is the spicy seafood.
Good food. Great staff ??
