Fantastic Burgers!!! I've learned to only order a small fry for 2 as they give you more than enough. I don't think I've ever eaten a whole order. The free peanuts are fun too!
Food is great. I would however feel better eating at this establishment during a pandemic had the staff been wearing masks as they were making food for people. Such a shame this is not mandated by all food service places.
The burgers were good but not amazing... the cheese doesn't melt properly and it's looks disgusting. Had to take some off. Every table was dirty so left to eat it elsewhere. Staff was nice.
Level 5 local guide here. Got the classic hamburger combo. Hamburger was ok. Lots of toppings to choose from. Lots of fries, well seasoned, not just salted.Overall, food was ok, for 20$ that's a big oof. Five guys is just a fancier Harveys with very nice fries.
The food is pricey but consistently good. No kids options. Friendly staff, mostly clean and if not they will come out and clean a table for you quickly. Biggest issue is, no matter the season...it's FREEZING IN HERE! Many times we've eaten in the parking lot because it's unbearable. Easy fix?!?
Take one order, fill the order, take the next order? Are you kidding? We waited 10 min for the person ahead of us to have their order taken. People were backing up behind us in a cramped area. Even though we were next, we left as we couldn't spend the rest of the day in line. Maybe a few orders could be taken at once, eh? I know the other locations (GTA) work on multiple orders at a time.Mar 3 12:02 Second visit. Ok! Where were these two gentlemen before? Our order was taken on arrival concurrently with working the grill. Out the door in 15 minutes or so with one staff member less than the first time. Very tasty burgers worthy of Five Guys. I'll raise my rating again if this becomes the norm.

Very clean.. very friendly service. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the prices are a bit high. With no kids meal/ combo options it cost me 63.00 for 2 hotdogs 3 small single patty cheeseburgers and 4 tiny fries.
Went for a visit with our family of 4. My son and I both had the bacon cheeseburger with Cajun fries. My wife and daughter both had burger with regular five guys fries. While a little on the pricey side the food is top notch quality. Fresh burger and ingredients made it super delicious. Kids are amazed at the quantity of fries received as the employees always just throw in extra. A+
Burger was really good. Fries are good. Food was ordered online and ready within 10 mins.Only thing missing was gravy. Add that to the menu and I would add a 5th star.
