I am giving 5 stars for two reasons:-1. The lady who took our order was extremely kind. She was very sweet and communicated very well.2.Food was amazing. We all loved it.Vegetarian options: Chef was ready to customize accoring to my friends needs.
The food was good as always. The waitresse was funny, & nice. Kept checking to see if everything was good. The restaurant wasn't to busy when I went in which was nice. It didn't take to long for food to come to the table.
We have always meant to go to Factory House.. Glad we did. Server was fantastic and the wings are enormous! We will be back
Food took a little long to get out of the kitchen, but it was delicious and well worth the wait. Our server Grace was FABULOUS! Thank you, Grace for a great experience. We will be back :)
Super fantastic food, everything was so good, the sweet potatos fries to die for, the beefy dip sandwich was delicioussssss, Emma was fantastic and knew her beer for sure ??? absolutely coming back again
We went last night for a friends 30th. We called in advance and they were the only ones that would allow for a reservation. The food and service was amazing! Would highly recommend.
We went on a very busy Saturday but they had plenty of staff. Our server was fantastic and made great recommendations. Our meal was splendid and filling but we still wanted to try a dessert. The apple pie was massive! We sat on the patio and it was so nice to be outside. It was my daughter's pick because she saw bacon poutine on the menu but we will definitely return.
I ordered chicken quesadilla (and this is what I order everywhere) it was truly the BEST, tastiest quesadilla I have ever eaten! So good, thank you to the staff for excellent service and thank you to the kitchen chef! The hydro went off for a while and they offered us a drink for free for waiting. Great job!
Amazing service and quite timely too. We were seated the moment we walked in. Our server, Sam, was just absolutely wonderful! Didn't check in on us too much, just enough for us to enjoy our meal. The food was great! It was so good that I unfortunately didn't take pictures. I ordered their poutine and the Reuben. The poutine was all right, satisfactory. The Reuben was great! And the onion rings I got with it were wonderfully crunchy as well. My only true complaint was that the bread on the Reuben sandwich was super oily, but that could be just how they do it up. Great service and a great meal, well worth the price! Appreciative of your attentiveness, Sam!
One of the best sit down restaurants Windsor has to offer! Amazing food, service and atmosphere . Great menu and dessert options , everything is made in house ! You will not be disappointed here ! ?
