Decided to go here for dinner with my family. I have two busy children and the waitress had ZERO personality. Didn’t offer parm for the soup or my salad (they usually do). The manager brought us our entrees (assuming it was a manager because they were dressed up) BEFORE clearing our table… she held the plates and starred at us while we cleared the tables ourselves. Should have been done prior to bringing us our entrees. She seemed totally inconvenienced by having to bring us our dinner… not a great experience. Thought this place would be more family friendly. Go someplace locally owned and spend your money elsewhere.
We walked in, waited 5 minutes to be seated. No hostess at the door. We were seated in the middle of the dining room and it was chaotic so we asked to move to a booth. The server had an exchange with two others., where we were getting side eyed during it. They told us there weren’t any open ones, which was fine. Nobody came to greet us or take our drink orders within the first ten minutes. Another table was seated after us right beside us, and they were served first. We got up and left. Won’t be returning.
Very goid food! Great beer! Prices are high. Can only go every once in a while. Staff usually very nice. Will definitely go again
Went for lunch today. Friendly waiting staff who made sure we had everything we needed. I ordered the sausage and pepper penne in arabiata sauce. It was absolutely delicious and the fact that soup and unlimited salad was included was awesome. You could choose garden or ceasar salad (I chose ceasar). I also chose tomato and garlic soup, it was so full of flavour and could almost be a meal in itself! Portions were huge! My wife ordered a chicken in alfredo sauce and she really enjoyed it too. We had lots to bring home. Looking forward to our next meal out at East Side Marios for sure!
My friend and I wanted to come here for food, we walked in and stood at the counter with the staff continually staring at us without even greeting us. It took another couple to walk in after 10 minutes for them to acknowledge us, but we had to interrupt the lady speaking to them to tell her we have been waiting there. Then we’re told it would be a 45 minute wait time. Did not feel welcome and the lack of customer service was ridiculous.
Ordered food from here earlier and the process was amazing all from the call centre to walking into the restaurant. Customer service was great and the employees were friendly and quick. Ordered a chicken parm and garden salad, everything was fresh and made perfect, will be back for those days when i just want a quick good meal after a long day.
What a waste of money. Ordered shrimp alfredo at $20 and came with 4 shrimp and had to come home and make my own sauce to add to my dry not cooked noodles. Oh and after i waited at the door for the staff to finish social hour. They decided to stop and wipe down the doors to the patio that is closed due to covid before she came to take my name for my order. Along with the take your salade home and make it yourself was a complete take out kit of brown lettuce that should have been in the garbage. If it wasnt for my husbands birthday dinner at which i spent $70 on food, that discusting meal would have went right back to the restaurant with a request for my money back. Never see mmy business again.

I ordered a meal here today for lunch/ dinner. It is as delicious as it looks!! ? Look at how huge the chicken is. All the pasta was under chicken lol Yes it makes more then 1 meal for me lol They make the best Chicken Parmesan in my eyes!
