Food was hot, but our burgers were extremely dry.I also bought a box of onion rings for a extra 2 dollars and we counted them and the regular size and I got 4 extra rings for 2 dollars.I Kinda feel ripped off.Also when we ordered off of skip the dishes awhile ago they completely missed packing half our order.
We ordered our food from skip the dishes it cost $180 for 10 ppl when it arrived we were short a ton of stuff 3 blizzards, 3 burgers , 2 dilly bars, 3 drinks so I thought I would call and see about picking up the order and no one will answer the phone. Why is there no accountability for sending orders out and If there was another bag at the store why didn't they call skip to tell them and how can you run a business without answering the phone I tried calling five timesThe food was cold and one Pepsi was only filled half full?? The onion rings were not filled up I would suggest you stay away from this location.
The ice cream is good and the quality is there. The service inside is not fast as the drive-through is clearly a priority and there is a giant garbage barricade so your are awkwardly mushed in a small area with multiple guests while you wait. I have been to other DQ's where you get the watch the orders process while you wait. Also, your order may be served in the wrong dish which may be smaller because they are out of the dishes. **Multiple visit review** Bring your own sanitizer if you are staying and using the patio etc. All that said I like it there and return.4 ⭐
Great place and really nice staff. My only issue is that sometimes the blizzard candy isn’t always blended well into the ice cream. But everything else is great!
If you are looking for rewards find another DQ, the owner opted out of the DQ rewards program.Fine print is its up to participating locations - if they say their scanners don’t work that’s an easy way to say they don’t participate, technically it’s not a lie. Still same great menu offering regardless.
Worst customer service attitude!!!!!!! I would vote no stars if it was possible!I walked in with 5 kids (the youngest being 5 years old) and 3 adults. Our children sat at a table and we were not able to sit with them because there was no room. We wanted to sit on the table next to them but the staff did not allow it! He told us to leave because we were causing “trouble” for telling them know that currently in Ontario there is no capacity limit!They need to learn the current laws in Ontario and get trained to speak to customers!Never coming back again!!!!!!!
Worst costumer service ever ..one of the employees Told us feel free to leave because we wanted to sit in the table next to our kids they were 5 of them and we were 3 so we wouldn’t fit in one table ..and he refuce to give his name or the managers name
Ordered a cake online. Pretty smooth process. Service when picking up was good - friendly and quick. Cake was delicious as expected, and price when picking up was less than anticipated.
Queso dip for pretzels is amazing.So are the pretzels.And top it off with a strawberry shake.Whipped topping - not a fan.
Just ordered 2 Blizzards . They were pretty much like soup . The ice cream was liquid . Also I didn't realize this at the time , but the cashier didn't give me a total . She took the 20 and handed me back a $5 bill. Seemed kind of odd.... I hope she didn't pocket the money.
