All DQ have same menu, for this particular one we visit when we go to johny shotz in lakeshore. Always much crowded in late evenings on weekends, sometimes service is too slow and staff is like done with their duty ?
Came here with my friend on a nice Wednesday night, ordered the “new” Oreo dirt pie blizzard. Let me say… they should just call it a dirt pie without the Oreo!! Whatever you do, do NOT order this blizzard.
Good icecream but way over priced. Soft icecream used to be reasonably priced but not at Dairy Queen. I guess that's why it is a treat not a staple of the daily diet.
Won’t be coming here anymore. They overcharge for a 6 pack of dilly bars by $6!! Other dairy queens charge 11.29 for a box and they think they can get away with charging 16.99 + tax because apparently “all dairy queens are different”… yet it’s the same product. Not to mention the place is extremely dirty, didn’t flip the blizzards we ordered and when I said something the girl laughed and shrugged it off, and didn’t put extra toppings in the blizzards despite charging for extra. Rip off

I’ve been ordering a banana-split blizzard, made with chocolate soft-serve instead of vanilla for YEARS! Ordered one from this location two weeks ago in fact. Went there today, and the supervisor advised the worker that they cannot do that… I asked why, and was told “I don’t know, we just can’t”. I offered to pay extra, was told it isn’t about money. I’m sorry, but what in the actual [email protected][email protected]!? I don’t understand. I said, I’ve never been told this before after ordering this same thing all the time for a decade or longer… Extremely rude. I stated I wouldn’t be ordering anything then, and they said okay. I guess they could care less about not making a sale and losing money. Thanks for ruining my day. Since when can’t you sell something and make someone happy?! What is the difference?! Never going there again!!!
Love going here!! They always have the freshest products and friendly staff. They accept the Dairy Queen app points which is awesome!
It was a bit of a wait in the drive thru but TOTALLY worth it..burgers were fresh and fries were piping hot... DELICIOUS
Ordered my daughters cake on Thursday for for pick up today (Sunday Feb 27th 2022)I'm not very impressed with the mess I was handed or thr fact that when I said something about the top of the cake being a mess the employee serving me completely ignored what I said and acted as though they didn't hear me ... for $45 the cake shouldn't look as though no care was put it to it and there should be smeared chocolate in thr middle of the photo on the cake.Very disappointing..... service has certainly gone down hill the past year
Please always check your receipt. I was overcharged, when I went back to get a refund the female Staff member was rude and couldn't do math. When I corrected her on the amount she got very confertational with me. Will not be going to this location again. This was not the first time I have had to correct the amount charged so please check your receipt before you leave.
