My wife and i had lunch at cramdons yesterday for the first time and i must say the service was good and the beverages were cold but unfortunately so was our dinner.. We both ordered the smothered chicken and a poutine. Started with the poutine and noticed the shredded cheese was still firm and not melted, cold poutine, not good. Then took a bite of the chicken and it was luke warm at best. Had a few more bites and had to box the rest because it was cold.. It felt like i was served a T.V dinner that wasn't microwaved long enough.. Very disappointed. I don't mind paying $18 for a meal but i expect a good hot meal.. I used to cook at a major hotel chain in the mid 70's and the 3 things most important were presentation, good tasting and making sure the food was hot leaving the kitchen.. Hard to find that now-a-day's.. Don't think i will be going there again anytime soon.

Cramdon's is the "cheers" of South Windsor. It's been around for deacdes, and there's a reason for it's success. Whether you're in your 20s or 70s it's a very relaxed place. Grab a bite, have a beverage, sit and chat with your buddies, watch a game, throw some darts, or whatever. The owners genuinely care about their patrons and it shows.
First time at Cramdons, ordered for pick up. My wife and I agreed, the best steak sandwiches we had in a long time. Great staff, friendly and helpful. Thank you
First time trying this location. Food was generic, pub type food. The only thing I can say is that it came hot. Gyros was frozen gyro meat you would use on donairs, with an incredibly soggy, chewy pita. The biggest issue was the poutine. The fries had ZERO seasoning, and covered in marble cheese with a side of powdered gravy. Absolutely not worth the price, very disappointing and will not return. Read the reviews, and had a good rating but sadly that was not the case for us.
The food was excellent, as was the service..would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good night out
Great food, great staff, great portions! I've never had a bad meal from here. Recently used their catering services and I was floored at the amount of food we got. It was supposed to feed 15, but it likely would have fed 25-30. Everyone got leftovers. They have an awesome patio when the weather is nice as well.
