The steak was just good. However the lamb chop was not good at all. We asked for well done chops but it served as medium rare, when we asked to changed the second time served totally burnt!!!They don't accept Discover/AMEX/Master card!!!!The way that you have to pay tip in front of servant is not professional.
A perfect place to go with family and friends for a wonderful lunch. The staff is very helpful and The service is excellent. The food was very tasty and we loved everything. The location is great with plenty of parking.I would recommend this is one of the best places to surely to have lunch when you are in Windsor.
Went to dinner today at 7pm to chucks on tecumseh. As we arrived the couple in front of us was also waiting to be seated, we were second in line. They were seated where desired outside. The manager told the server that no one else is to sit out there due to "short staff" issues. I asked the manager to also sit there as the people in front of us did and he said no we cannot because of short staff issues. Mind you the restaurant was Not busy what so ever. Bar side only had one table occupied and a few on the other. Patio was basically empty with only 3 or 4 tables. Photo attached. We decided to go else where and as I was leaving the manager was very rude (male) and decided to make remarks as I was leaving. Went to Borboun on Ottawa.. patio with one server and had a great time!!!! I suggest that manager get some customer service training and maybe help serve the customers who want to sit 40M away from where he demands.
I can not rate the food however my experience with the service with our server and her manager was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. The lady with the red hair was rude from the moment we sat in her section, she was giving attitude for simple questions.I asked for her manager so we can switch servers for the reason of “a personality clash” her manager came out and acted 10x worse, she did not listen to our concerns at all, nor did she apologize. She wanted us to pay for our food and bill that we ordered but didn’t receive after waiting 20 minutes.Came to the Walker location and SERVICE AND FOOD WAS IMMACULATE.
Amazing food at one of our favourite spots, everything from steaks to fish and chips are to die for. 1/2 price apps after 9pm! The new carrot cake for dessert is the best I have had. Please keep it as a regular item.
We had diner on June 13 our waitress was awesome Annemarie. The manager was not good at all we ask to turn done the music and he turned it up and up again. It was a Monday night not a Friday. I was out with 90 year olds celebrating a birthdays and we could not her each other talk. I would not come back because of manager.
This place was great when it opened up. The staff is still great too and amazing. Unfortunately the place is getting to old and too dirty. Even the motorcycle is rusty now. Probably needs a carb clean lol.Staff are amazing but they are working with limited resources. Everything feels sticky when you touch it . Needs a makeover for sure of the owner can afford it
I was tired of the Fast Food Burgers and heard that Chuck's Roadhouse Bar & Grill had a good burger so gave it a try today for take out and the burger was very good along with the fries but I wish they had Crinkle Fries. Over all very good and satisfying burger..
Waitress was new and forgot to put our order in so we waited a very long time. She admitted it and explained she was new so totally forgivable. Friends that went a few days prior to my visit also complained of extremely long waits for service. Extremely busy place so it might be covid staffing issues. Food was ok. Had the fish probably wouldn't do it again. My Wife had the Quesadilla she thought it bland. They're also still using Styrofoam take-out dishes.
Great establishment. Food is good and great prices. Can't give it more than 3 stars though because I've had the same pink haired waitress every single time (although there are apparently two but, based on the reviews, I think the establishment knows who I am talking about) I have been there and she is extremely rude, except when it comes to tipping time. Worst waitress I've ever had, at least on a consistent basis, otherwise this would be a 5 star review.
