a group of us was there a 3 hour ago and took 2 hours to get our food. then 1 in our group didn't get her food. asked for the manage and he took the drinks off our bills. some of the steaks was over cooked from what was requested. waitress didn't follow up and sure didn't have the A game on. for a Friday . it was about 70 precent full. will not be back

Had lunch today with my daughter, her chicken wings had a yellow weird colour. She also had root beer pop getting down to finishing the pop there was a stick in the cup. I thought she was going to vomit at the table! Waitress came over and apologized said it appeared to be a lollipop stick, which may have been in the ice. Absolutely disgusting.I had fish, which was pretty good. Will never return!!Check your cups!

I’ll start with the good part. Everyone who ordered ribs, loved them and the wings. We ordered Caesar salad which was dull. Dressing was watery and no real taste of dressing. My steak was blah ?. I guess I have gotten use to the Keg standard. I wouldn’t order steak again. Service wasn’t good. The waiter didn’t return to the table for us to order more for grand kids. 7 of us and we were jammed in so it wasn’t comfortable. First time here. I wasn’t overly impressed

Love this place I have been here many times . I wish they had more vegetables Options 4 sides. Amazing drinks must try a cool blue . ?

Literally the WORST service. My husband and I went out to have dinner here for date night. We walked in and first thing the host says is if we can wear masks… I pull mine out of my pocket but my husband didn’t have one. I checked my purse and didn’t have another. I told the host I don’t have another and asked if he could provide my husband with one. He literally stared at me and asked us to please wear masks.. I looked at him in total disbelieve and said I honestly do NOT have another mask, if you can please provide me with one we would like to sit down. He again says I’m sorry you need a mask. At this point, I got mad and said buddy I checked my pockets and my purse and I’m telling you again I only have one mask … are you seriously about to kick us out because I don’t have a mask to wear from your front door entrance to the table ?!?!!? And he says one second let me ask my manager. While he was gone I somehow found another mask in my purse. So he now checks my husbands vaccine card and comes to scan mine and tells me that it’s not scanning, something is wrong. I literally showed him the bar code I was sent by Ontario health to my email. We walked out of the restaurant with total disappointment saying we are never coming back again. Terrible customer service and terrible manners ..

Food was OK. Prices are high enough, no need for an Honest to Goodness fee. Will go somewhere else from now on.

Service was absolutely horrible. Brought out our meals with food missing. She didn't think we'd notice and she didn't say anything. The waitress didn't even check on us for refills or anything! Friends showed up to join us for drinks only and they were told the kitchen and bar were closed so they left meanwhile they kept serving alcohol to the patrons the entire time we were still there. Very very rude staff. Never again!!!!

The wait staff were very friendly. My food was prepped properly and was delicious. Didn't wait long for our food either. Was my first visit to this restaurant and was happy with everything.

Be aware you do need proof of being double vaccinated. As well as ID. Or you will not be allowed in. Food was delicious, hot and staff very courteous.

This place is horrific! The steak and lobster - paid the extra $$$ because the server said the filet mignon was worth the extra dollars! The Lobster had gone bad and smelled rotten I literally puked in my mouth. After politely saying something and trying to use our discretion, we were then told their was no manager available to speak with.My partner and I never were asked for our drink order until more then ten minutes of waiting. The server/bartender seemed much more happy to "celebrate" with the regulars then to help new customers as this was made apparent.I also had a HAIR in my water and don't even get me started on the bathrooms. Between the sorry to say it but disgusting ROTTEN LOBSTER TAIL over cooked - steak and the rudest server I think I may have ever had, I will most definitely not be returning to Chuck's Roadhouse in Windsor.They said they would get back to me/follow up! This place is a joke I never heard from them! What a bunch of liars what a terrible terrible franchise Chuck’s Roadhouse is, I have honestly never been treated so poorly, now by management or whom ever was in contact via email which I was told it was head office.
